One day the whole world will have to go to war with Islam.
And after everyone has been selling them hi-end weapons and helping with training, it will be a long and bloody affair
We cant afford to be hamstrung with stupid ROEs and other things because everything will be on the line.Winner take all.....
Sure, but have we doubled or tripled foreign aid to them?
We aren’t even prepared for war with Libya.
One of a few analysis I can concur with. A lot of questions have no answers and it beg the questions currently asked by many. We are not naive to think that Pakistan forces or any around the area would not have known what was happening in the area for 40 minutes, unless of course our military used equipment that were of complete silences and could not be heard by the human or animal hearing. Pakistan did not want the rage of the US military because they got caught with its pants down, housing Usama. It explains how the message of the killing of Usama had a yarn reaction from the population of Pakistan.
Hate America? What you need is more firepower! Here, take as many tanks, helicopters and fighter jets as you can. No, don't worry about the bill! We're just going to print as much money as it takes to arm you to the teeth. Let us know if you figure out a way to hate us even more than you do now, and we'll send you a complimentary ballistic missile submarine!
It's not wise to make fun of your own client puppet states.
Cheers!
War with Pakistan? Good grief.
And new, clean, starched white flags and blue helmets for our troops.
Our *best* bet would be to hope he screws up and orders the 1st Cavalry All-American Amazon battalion into the front lines. ("I am *outraged*!")
Talk about M.A.D. !
Cheers!
How could the Obamaloon fight them?
I thought one Muslim nation was not supposed to war with another.

There is no Pakistan.
There is no Saudi Arabia. There is no Iraq. There is no Afghanistan. There is the Ummah (the global Islamic community) and the Ummah is divided into a multitude of tribes, clans and factions. An "official" nation may contain a multitude of factions. Various factions may cooperate across "official" national borders. Things make more sense if you look at it this way.
Saudi money finances the multitude of madrassahs (Islamic boarding schools of Islam) in Pakistan. These madrassahs turn out hundreds of thousands of radicals, who serve to spread the message of the Global Jihad. Without Arab oil money, global Islamic radicalism would whither. Without foreign aid, the Palestinians would need to find work instead of spending their time fighting Israelis.
The 9/11 assault was to the financial benefit of Pakistan (which now has $billions going into their economy both in the form of direct aid, and in their cut of our military expenditures in their area. They can be assumed to have played a big part in it. But wealthy Saudis also played a big part: in finance, logistics, manpower, in other ways.
It would not last a day. Remember, Pockistans benefactor is a holder of a lot of US Bonds.
It just grew and grew into this Islam monster. Christians and Jews were annihilated little by little.
It will take decades to turn it into a benevolent society. In the meantime, we have to deal with this monster. Osama was just one of many. His death means little at this point.
Increasingly, it’s looking like India/America vs. Pakistan/China.
It's not, in that it would be a real 21st century war against an 180 million strong nation with a real military, nuclear weapons, and a radicalized Islamist population.
We'd have to fight to keep hundreds of miles of supply lines open to Afghanistan at the same time, as well as keep Afghanistan suppressed.
Also, the interests of China and India would pull them into the equation, one way or another.
On top of all of that, the American people are war-weary, and running out of money.
It's literally a nightmare scenario for the U.S.
It will take Armageddon and then it will be moot.
I think the neo-conservative tendency is to think of Muslim countries as the Garden of Eden until the Saudi serpent seduced them into a murderous intolerance of the infidel. I think that's a mistake. In reality, what Muslim countries are going through is a direct result of rising wealth (albeit from low levels) and literacy levels, thanks to their (limited) absorption of Western technologies and administrative methods (universal education, information and communications technology, logistics, et al). Because of these rising standards, Muslims are now able to learn about the genocidal exhortations of the Koran in the original Arabic instead of having relying on local imams (who tended to provide homilies and parables for day-to-day existence rather than calls to jihad) as their illiterate grandparents used to have to do just two generations ago. The modern era has brought widespread literacy to Muslim countries, which in turn has brought about a Reformation - a time in which Muslims have begun grasping the literal meaning of the Koran. The Christian Reformation was, of course, accompanied by religious wars that covered large parts of Europe and large-scale massacres. The Muslim Reformation is likely to result in major conflagrations across the globe until the embers of newly-discovered zealotry either consume the entire world or are extinguished by superior force.
The very legislator charged with investigating the 9-11 attacks, said that a nation was involved. The FBI took all documents pertaining to this, keeping them away from FOIA laws for 25 years, and classified them. I can’t remember the particulars, but I always figured it was Saudi Arabia that was behind the operation.
Pakistan's government is one of the few around the globe that has conducted major terrorist operations against a foreign adversary. It wouldn't surprise me to hear that they were in the process of planting nukes stateside. Most Muslim countries have large contingents of people with murderous attitudes against the infidel. The difference between Pakistan and most Muslim countries is that Pakistan's leadership not only feels the same way as its murderous populace, but acts on those impulses.
Invade a hostile nuclear armed muslim state and kill people on their sovereign territory.
What could possibly ...unexpectedly... go wrong?
