Murder is not the word. However, if we had killed Saddam, or Kalid Shiek Muhammed in the “capture” process, many terror cells would still be operative, including Bin Laden himself. There is good reason to de-brief, it saves lives.

Based on how the Obama adminisration has changed this from a WOT to a Global Justice Initiative and how we are/were mirandizing captured "criminals" on the battlefield, the Obama administration indeed has a problem, don't they?
Obama in essence, authorized a kill mission on a criminal who hadn't been arrested, let alone convicted. After all, we're still investigating our enhanced interrogation peeps. Something has to give in their PC world. They can't have it both ways. JUST LEAVE THE SEALs OUT of your political BS Obama, don't throw them under the bus when it starts crashing down.
