Within hours of the raid on Osama bin Laden's Pakistan compound, the CIA had used 21st technology to get "a virtually 100 percent DNA match" on the dead man. But something out of another century may come back to haunt the United States: the al-Qaida leader's burial at sea.
Conspiracy theorists on the left and right were quick to insist bin Laden was either still alive or had been dead for years, pouncing on the government's decision to slide the body of the world's most wanted man off a board into the Arabian Sea.
The burial at sea largely followed widely accepted interpretations of Islamic law taking care not to anger the mainstream Muslim community, said Ebrahim Moosa, a professor of Islamic studies at Duke University in North Carolina.
With only a small group of witnesses, a military officer read prepared religious remarks, which were translated into Arabic by a "native speaker," the official said.
The Islamic tradition of a quick burial was the subject of intense debate in Iraq in 2003 when U.S. forces embalmed the bodies of Saddam Hussein's two sons after they were killed in a firefight. Their bodies later were shown to media.

This time it's different. No one in their right mind is going to claim OBL is unquestionably dead, if there were actually even a small chance he could pop up alive sometime down the road.
I am not willing to call the entire US military a pack of liars after they have staked their reputation on the success of this mission.
and maybe there's a new ‘safe house’ in Egypt. It's a big country and will be ruled by friends - of The WON.
And then Libya - and they will control half the Mediterranean, the pipe line to Europe, the Suez...and reestablish the Caliphate in it's old headquarters, Tripoli.
Wanna envision what it would take to to halt the spread of the Caliphate rule if the above happens - which is getting to look more likely than not.

As to a photo of a body - they WILL release one soon's it's 'finished' - think "Hollywood."
As to DNA - they've got DNA of dozens of binnie's family. The could show us any one of them and say it's his - OR, if he isn't really sleeping wit da fishies - he could've let them take a few drops of the genuine stuff before being spirited away to is new hidey home.

Since nobody has an actual sample of OBL’s DNA. The only thing that the CIA could do to confirm their claims is to compare it against living members of OBL’s family for a herditary comparison.
This is why the CIA are only claiming an 99.9% accuracy rate. Which is merely a 1000 to 1 accuracy as opposed to the 99.9999999% accuracy rate typically associated with a conventional DNA test.
This is by way the same CIA that told us that Saddam Huessain had WMD’s without a doubt....
Silence may be deafening, but how do you know he is not:
1. Still fleeing
2. Dead already
3. Put up in some comfortable retirement digs
I am not saying he is—and if it was not 2:30 a.m., I could come up with more, but I find it interesting that the administration is saying that another tape exists, etc.
Why would I suggest these unusual scenarios? Because there has been no credible proof released indicating he is dead-we have the word of a man not known for always telling the truth—hey he is a politician! This man is the commander and chief of our armed forces.
In this digital visual age, I am shocked the media outlets are not demanding footage of burial etc. As someone said, trust, but verify. With this bunch in DC, I verify then maybe trust.

Could be that OBL is not going to take reports of his death sitting down.
This administration is so filled with liars and cheat that I’ll not believe a word from any of them.
Normally, it’s a matter of priority. In the case of bin Laden they already had his sister’s dna, so instead of 2 readings, they had to take only one to match the markers they already had on his sister. Those results could be sent electronically. Labs have confirmed that the test itself “can” take just hours if they have a good sample. Vials of pure blood would be a good sample.
The test on Obama’s blood wasn’t done on the compound, but the story is that the US had a presence in the vicinity. Having worked with these people before, I’d say it was at an airstrip/airport that could hold maybe heavy transport aircraft for the blackhawks, but it would be no problem to for any of them to fly the 200 miles to Kabul in just a coupla hours. The transport would be there for any questionable airframes damaged in the firefight.
The US military has a major medical presence near Kabul, so they’d have the sample to the hospital in just hours.
And ALL service members are DNA id’d anymore, so, yes, they’d have all the equipment at that hospital. It would enable them to id remains after terrible injuries, burns, etc. during combat operations.
