Seriously doubt that Osama was JUST recently killed. Do believe that our forces knew where he was or had killed him much earlier into the conflict. I can see many reasons having to do with the security of our country and allies for NOT publicizing the death of Osama.

More likely believe that we have a petty, childish, petulant, poor-excuse-for-a-man President who needs to revive his low poll numbers so decided to dish on a State secret.

I think the delay was so that they could get various people secured, in case there is immediate retaliation. This is why some of our bases overseas were put on lockdown yesterday. I am 20 miles away and the skies overhead are full of military craft. There is a lot of police activity on the roads.
