Donald Trump's Crazy Las Vegas Speech: The Best Quotes
(0) | TrackBacks (0)
Seemingly believing himself to be on a victory lap after President Barack Obama released the long-form version of his birth certificate, providing more proof that he was born in the United States, reality TV star Donald Trump delivered an expletive-laden speech to Republicans in Las Vegas.
"Listen, you m************"
It was more of a 30-minute Ron White routine than a political speech. Those in attendance ate it up. After again taking credit for Obamas release of his birth certificate, Trump called U.S. leadership weak, "incompetent, and "stupid," among other things.
On foreign policy, he said 99 percent of Egyptians want to break the peace treaty with Israel. The real figure is 54 percent, but who's counting?
Here are some other top quotes:
- Citing the recent Rasmussen poll putting him ahead among likely Republican candidates: And whos number one? Trump!
- On Saudi Arabia possibly cutting oil production: Can you believe it? Youre going to be paying 5 and 6 dollars a gallon pretty soon, and they wanna go in and raise the price of oil, because we have nobody in Washington that sits back and says, Listen, youre not going to raise that fucking price.'
- On Chinese President Hu Jintaos visit to the U.S.: When people are screwing you, you dont give em state dinners.
- On China, monetary policy and diplomacy: What we do is we sit down in my office for a couple of hours, we either make a deal where you stop manipulating your currency or not. If you make a deal, you can have a state dinner if you want. If you dont make a deal, you take McDonalds and you go home.
- On his chances in 2012: And, you know, theres a good chance that no matter happens, I wont win because one of these bloodsucking politicians whos been bullshitting people for years will end up getting elected.
- On giving military aid to foreign countries: Im interested in protecting none of them unless they pay us.
- On giving up his television career to run for president: Its a great show. Im gonna give a lot of stuff up. But you know what, its peanuts compared with the importance of this country.
- He also suggested imposing a 25 percent tax on goods from China, though almost no economist thinks protectionism is a good idea. Here's how he said he would negotiate the deal: You can have one man say [in a mouse-like voice], Were gonna tax you 25 percent,' and I can say [in his normal voice], Listen you motherfuckers, were gonna tax you 25 percent.' Youve said the same exact thing, but its a different message.
No kidding.

I appreciate very much that Trump forced Obama to finally show us his long form birth certificate after two frustrating years on our part.
But I was very disappointed to hear that Trump used such foul language in his recent speech to try to make his points.
I thought Trump was better than that.
I think that if Trump decides to run for President, then I believe that at the very least, he has to act presidential by staying away from using foul language in his public speeches.
Myself, I'm not sure if I could vote for Trump, because, to me, he has a lot of questionable baggage that he carries with him.
And the use of ugly language during his public speeches on Trump's part may discourage me from voting for him during the Republican primaries.
Still, I will always be grateful to Trump for finally getting Obama to show us his long form birth certificate, something nobody else was able to do.
I just wish that Trump would lay off the foul language during his public speeches to emphasize his points.

The only thing Trump is guilty of with his invective laced tirade was forgetting to ask people to tip their waitress afterwords.

Trump can go fly a kite. hes a fake. He wanted soetoro to show a BC, any BC be it authentic or a fake. He accepted the fake as he will accept soetoros fake college transcripts. Trump is either easily fooled or he just wants air time.
********
OCCIDENTAL and COLUMBIA colleges: I want to see Obama's college records for the following reasons, none of which has to do with what courses he took or what grades he got:
1. SOCIAL SECURITY number: I want to see if the Social Security number he used at Occidental and Columbia is the same Connecticut number he now uses that begins with digits 042.
2. Did he register as a foreign student to be eligible for scholarships?
I was thinking: Here is a young man who lived in a multi-story apartment building in Hawaii with his grandparents for many years, but yet he was able to attend expensive, private Occidental in California without any visible means of support.
Two years later, he shows up at expensive Ivy League Columbia in New York City, again, with no visible means of support.
Again, I would like to see Obama's college records to find out (1)his Social Security number and (2)to see how he was able to attend two expensive colleges without any visible means of support, that is, did he register as a foreign student?

He's. Not. A. Serious. Presidential. Candidate. Sadly, none of the GOP candidates are!

*Facepalm* It's not that I think this moronic publicity whore stands a snowball's chance in hell of getting elected - my concern is that he's going to discredit the opposition to Obama and end up helping him get re-elected.

Best speech I’ve heard in a LONG time! Trump has the balls to say what politicians won’t say. No other candidate is talking this tough on China or any other issues for that matter.
Trump/West in 2012!

No, I guess instead of state dinners, you have them manufacture your clothing line for you with forced labor...

I think he’s cutting his own throat by dropping the f bomb all over the place. If it is something he plans on continuing, I think he may as well hang it up now. He’s going to become a real turn-off to family oriented folks out there if he isn’t already.
He’d also have a hard time with a lot of Christians, although, I suspect at this point even they would vote for him - or Mickey Mouse - before they allowed Obama to do another four years.

Multiple debates on ABC-CBS-NBC, etc., between Trump and Zer0??
Makes one wonder which one would be first to call the other “MF”, and how many times during each debate?
Vegas odds anyone?

Trump is dangerous, only if you take him seriously.
I am enjoying watching him stick a stick in ZEROS bee hive.
The MSM hates him, so let him aggravate them too.
It is fun to watch. He most likely will not run. He would have to put his business aside (blind trust) I don't see him doing that. He would not trust any one else with his business.
For now he is amusing to say the least. .

Trump could take a lesson from Free Republic where obscenity laden tirades are neither wanted or tolerated.
At DU, however, they are both welcomed and encouraged.

It may seem like welcome relief now, but it won’t work if he keeps the profanity going. It’s just the way most people are. They aren’t going to vote for a man who needs to lace his speach with F word.

It's obvious that his sons run the business and Donald has made himself a figurehead....basically a consultant.
It's going to be Trump and Huck.

They arent going to vote for a man who needs to lace his speach with F word.Agreed. Many conservatives and/or Republicans are religious people who don't like hearing the f-bomb coming from the lips of a presidential hopeful.

Trump is no dummy. While he is slapping Obama and the administration around I will happily encourage him.
Since the Clintons showed up on the scene the politics of personal destruction have been the primary tactic of the left. I say let Trump bring the war to them and then at the right time let a formidable candidate appear of their flanks and slay them. The Alinsky must be countered effectively.
Trump is the artillery prep before the battle.

"It's going to be Trump and Huck." I really don't think so. Trump has way too much baggage. Only small portions of it are coming out now. IE Viet Nam, Mob ties. There is much more when someone starts really looking.
