Seemingly believing himself to be on a victory lap after President Barack Obama released the long-form version of his birth certificate, providing more proof that he was born in the United States, reality TV star Donald Trump delivered an expletive-laden speech to Republicans in Las Vegas.
It was more of a 30-minute Ron White routine than a political speech. Those in attendance ate it up. After again taking credit for Obamas release of his birth certificate, Trump called U.S. leadership weak, "incompetent, and "stupid," among other things.
On foreign policy, he said 99 percent of Egyptians want to break the peace treaty with Israel. The real figure is 54 percent, but who's counting?
Here are some other top quotes:
No kidding.

always amazes me that stupid ppl can amass so much $$
Time to put a fork in the Trump roast, hes done :-)
Gives a whole new meaning to *Friday night news dump*!
I watched the video and the crowd seemed to love it.
This article was written with a libbie slant but I like the Trump quotes here with and without the f-bombs
>On giving military aid to foreign countries: Im interested in protecting none of them unless they pay us.
>On Chinese President Hu Jintaos visit to the U.S.: When people are screwing you, you dont give em state dinners.
*****
awesome. I guess this offends the sensibilities of Freepers (ducks)
I really haven’t been able to understand the importance of his forcing Obama to release the long form birth certificate. In fact this whole birth certificate issue makes no sense when you consider that George Romney (Mitt’s father) was born in Mexico, lived there for 5 years, and was running against Nixon. There is also the issue of John McCain having been born in Panama. Here is a link exploring the constitutional legalities of the whole natural born issue:

If the hairdo didn’t already convince you he was crazy, nothing he says will.
I don't think he's stupid at all. When he's out giving speeches like this, anyone else can take real conservative positions and seem moderate by comparison. If he really wanted to win he's have schmoozed up to Rove and that crowd knowing they'd kiss his butt. He's not running, he's trying to make sure a real conservative can get elected in spite of the media.
JMHO

Exactly, what has Trump done in the last six months that’s crossed your sensibilities?
Trump can go fly a kite. he’s a fake. He wanted soetoro to show a BC, any BC be it authentic or a fake. He accepted the fake as he will accept soetoro’s fake college transcripts. Trump is either easily fooled or he just wants air time.
Two non sequiturs: "If you're so smart, why aren't you rich?" & "If you're so rich why aren't you smart?"
People who make a whole lot of money have two qualities: They know how to make money and making a whole lot of money is very very very important to them.
Trump is good at making money, it's very important to him. As important as he is to him. But
He's. Not. A. Serious. Presidential. Candidate.
>> Time to put a fork in the Trump roast, hes done :-)
Bullcrap. You may not like his style, but he nailed it.
Trump is a lot of things, but he is not stupid. You think you’re smarter than Trump is?
On this issue, both.
He's been clueless that the bottom line is natural born citizen. When Obama released the BC, instead of hitting this, it was: "Yeah for me, look what I did."
On what subject?
I liked his speech. And I applaud his courage in confronting the BC issue head on.
But I don’t accept his conservative bona fides. And Obama has deflated the long form BC issue that Trump was using. As a Presidential candidate, he’s had his 15-minutes of fame. It’s over now.
>> But I dont accept his conservative bona fides.
And neither do I. He’s not one of us, but he’s not one of them either.
Trump may very well be a fleeting blip on the screen, but what he’s saying today is highly relevant, not unlike the substance voiced by Palin.
I’m done. G’night.
I think there is something to be said about being civil in a civil society. So with the exception of foul language I find the bullets listed extremely refreshing. If I have to choose between a president who bows to foreigners and one who curses at foreigners, I’ll vote F-bomb every time.
