I'm not looking it up right now. There's been plenty of discussion on it here at FR over the past couple of years. I'm surprized that you know nothing about it, yet you are now all of sudden junping in on every BC thread and trying to discredit every single theory that shows 0bama as a fraud.

We don’t know whether we have valid legal documents or not. The white copy shows no signs of a seal, and the green copy seems to have been made tamper-able at the least and shows just a faint outline of a circle.

Ultimately, given the documented law-breaking of the HDOH, the only way we ever will know that anything out of their office is legitiate is by looking at the transaction logs for the records. Just like with the draft registration, where the bureaucrats said the record was genuine but the automatic mechanical date stamp said it was created in ‘08 - the stuff that can’t be manipulated is about all a reasonable person can trust when the keepers of the records have already been caught breaking laws, lying, and manipulating their records. Like the HDOH has.
