It didn’t take long for some of President Obama’s doubters to claim the long-awaited birth certificate posted online by the White House on Wednesday had been altered or might be a fake.
But a leading software expert says there’s no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong.
The doubters have latched onto the idea that Adobe Illustrator — the premier program for computer graphic artists — “reveals” evidence of document manipulation in the Obama birth certificate. They note Illustrator reveals nine separate layers of the document, and claim it’s “proof” the file has been altered.
But that’s not so, says Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator.
“You should not be so suspicious about this,” Tremblay told FoxNews.com, dismissing the allegations.

He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

Some utilities to produce a PDF from a scan will attempt to formulate whatever mix of bitonal, color, and grayscale graphics will yield the best compromise between compression and quality.

UKELEE WAS A DIFFERENT REGISTRAR BECAUSE HE WAS NOT THE REGISTRAR FOR THE Kapi’olani HOSPITAL!!! (The NORDYKE TWINS had a different registrar because they WERE Born there!! ).
That mean Kow-O-Bumma was NOT born there.
I have no reason to accept or reject their story. But we also have valid legal documents that say otherwise.

To many obots wanting to rationalize what seems to be either a) gross incompetence or b) a blatant “in your face” statement from the White House.
Centering? Its doable. But why do it? I have 5 other copies of images of Hawaii LFBCs from the era that I trust are good. All are left justifed and obviously typed on a machine with pre-set tabs to match the form.
Obama’s is the only one where there is an obvious centering in multiple fields. And the X’s that off the type line are another serious red flag.

Different registrar signature because Obama’s was signed by the Local Registrar and the Nordyke’s were signed by the Deputy Registrar. You can see on the Nordyke form where it was stamped “DEPUTY” to the left of the signature.
Seriously, some of these theories are really way out there.

That DOB and the SSN came from Obama Senior’s INS file. Yes, he obtained a SSN because he asked for permision to work part time to help with his expenses in Hawaii.
You’re saying that Obama had the actual physical certified copy that was on white paper and the reporters could look at it and feel the seal, make photocopies of it, take pictures, and post online the copies that they made? Is that what you’re saying? Is there a place where a reporter put that in an article?
I downloaded the original certificate from the whitehouse website yesterday. I wouldn’t call it an original. Yes you can open it in layers in Adobe Illustrator and see all of the modifications but what I haven’t seen anyone post is that you can open it in Adobe Bridge with is a great tool for image management. In that it shows you the dates that the document was modified and it shows each day it was modified and how many times per day and it shows that the Birth Certificate with it’s date from the Hawiian registrar of April 25th 2011 shown at the bottom of the certificate has been modified by photo programs back to Oct 2010! This shows that it has been re-worked for 8 months prior to it even being created according to the stamp on it.
I am not familiar with this software, are you ? Is the above comment true ? If so, this would definately show that was a manufactured doc that was not just scanned on Apr 27 as they claim.

If the same person did type both the Nordyke COLB's, why does one say HONOLULU, OAHU and one says HONOLULU, HAWAII??
