Expert: No Doubt Obama's Birth Certificate Is Legit
Fox News ^ | 4/29/11 | Jana Winter

It didn’t take long for some of President Obama’s doubters to claim the long-awaited birth certificate posted online by the White House on Wednesday had been altered or might be a fake.

But a leading software expert says there’s no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong.

The doubters have latched onto the idea that Adobe Illustrator — the premier program for computer graphic artists — “reveals” evidence of document manipulation in the Obama birth certificate. They note Illustrator reveals nine separate layers of the document, and claim it’s “proof” the file has been altered.

But that’s not so, says Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator.

“You should not be so suspicious about this,” Tremblay told FoxNews.com, dismissing the allegations.

He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.

Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

Further note on Mombasa: In 1920 it became capital of the British Protectorate of Kenya. Mombasa officially belonged to Zanzibar from 1895 to 1963 when it was ceded to the newly independent Kenya. Mombasa grew rapidly in the 20th century.

Here’s the deal on the first (color) part of the cert:

1. At 400%, there’s no chromatic aberration.

2. Some characters/numbers appear to be tampered with (darker/lighter/outofregister)

3. The numbers and markings you have mentioned are very clear at this magniofication.

This is from blowing the thing up to 400% in adobe. I have stored the result here:

http://www.junipersec.com/images/cert3.tif
http://www.junipersec.com/images/cert4.tif
http://www.junipersec.com/images/cert5.tif
http://www.junipersec.com/images/cert6.tif
http://www.junipersec.com/images/cert10.tif

These are just cutouts, of course. Also, they’re stored as tiffs because, face it, jpg is not a format to use for this kind of thing -it’s compressed and loses a fair bit of data, which also means that if you try to blow it up furter you’re out of luck. Tif won’t lose anything and can be used by any good graphics program (and the google viewer).

Mombasa was not a part of Kenya in 1961. It was part of Zanzibar, and only became a part of newly-independent Kenya in 1963.

Who says, exactly?

Zanzibar has another, very curious, place in another narrative which may have some relation to the Obama narrative ;).

...at this point I’d say the burden of proof is on anyone claiming authenticity for the Lucas Smith Barack Hussein Obama II document.

We know that Barack Hussein Obama was not 25 years old in 1961!

I’m a computer illiterate and I was able to make the layers thing work. You’d think the Dictator of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, who has access to the CIA, NSA, and the Secret Service could have presented a better forgery job than this.

The Fraud-in-Chief is NOT going to any of those agencies you listed to create a fraudulent document. A leaker would get the information out to the public so fast that Obama had this forged.

No, he had to have an obot fabricate this document.

In my opinion he was delivered in Canada just north of Bellview WA. And before SAD made the trip to Bellview to visit her aunt there, grandma Dunham arranged for a Doctor in HI to fill out the paperwork for a late filing, all but his signature and date. Remember, the HI department of health affixes the number not the doctor. So when she decided to keep the baby she simply phoned grandma and had the good doctor finish the paperwork. But somewhere there was a glitch and he has bluffed his way since then. What a mess.

I am also getting the feeling Canada is the birthplace of junior. No one recalls seeing SAD pregnant, no photos of her being pregnant. Indicates to me that she was sent away, far away.

After impregnation from the Slippery Character, the parents probably sent her off to her aunties house in Blaine, WA where the closest hospital for giving birth is over the border in Canada.

Listing the father as a British/Kenyan national would have gotten her free medical care in Canada. And grandma got a Hawaiian COLB without the physical presence of the child being examined at Kapiolani so that SAD could cross back into the US without any issues or concerns of being detained with a baby without US documentation.

Back to the weasel words on the rubber stamp Okubo (whatever her name is) uses. It's got a statement that the thing is a true copy OR an abstract.

Where did we ever get the idea HI DOH said it was an abstract ~ UNLESS we figured out how their system works.

At some point here somebody should figure out all the more definitive things FREEPERS have come up with regarding that system.

We know there's only one rubber stamp and that's an "either/or" situation.

Can you help me understand something? In the certifying statement...

I CERTIFY THIS IS A TRUE COPY OR
ABSTRACT 01” n:e RECORD ON FILE IN
18b. O .. e o( Sipature
¥”’7~/

...why does the “01” n:e” appear where letters appear everywhere else in that statement except the signature?

*****************************************************************************

This is what the output of an ‘Optical Character Recognition’ (OCR) operation is.

The software TRIES to figure out what ASCII 8-bit character is represented. For good scans of a document this is not a problem. Even relatively low quality scans will generate very accurate OCRs.

The graphics here is likely so manipulated that the OCR can not figure it out very well. So the software does a best match and basically ‘guesses’.

In trying to analyze some of this I try to let the software do the work when possible. It is objective and repeatable. The software, in an objective way, is basically telling us - this is @#$@#$@#!

"one of those people" is a good bet.

Did you know that as late as the 1970s it was common throughout the nations of the British Commonwealth to REUSE birth reporting forms ~ just erase the old stuff and put in new stuff.

What do you imagine it was like in East Africa back in the Great Depression even BEFORE the Mau-Mau!?!?!?!

There were millions of people living in that part of the world who were just then grasping the concept of Solar Year and the dude was a Moslem and they were using a Lunar Calender and Lunar Year.

How did you get free medical care in Canada in 1961?

Mombasa was ALSO the capital for Kenya. It wasnt merged with Kenya until the two protectorates were joined and given independence as Kenya.

There were not a whole lot of modern (late 12th century eh) cities in East Africa at the time!

Jean-Claude Tremblay is not an expert. He went to a trade school in Montreal to learn typesetting.

“Ok, so if one of us serfs were to submit a document to the government in the same condition, do you think it would be considered legitimate?”

And what would be the consequences for any of us, should we do so? BHO knows that he was provided ultimate cover by the complicit/guilty MSM, and a cowering RAT party and has taken full advantage.

"Also, they’re stored as tiffs because, face it, jpg is not a format to use for this kind of thing -it’s compressed and loses a fair bit of data, which also means that if you try to blow it up furter you’re out of luck."

Saving as tiff after jpg compression does not improve the image quality or remove the previous lossy jpg compression. And jpg is fine as long as the resolution is relatively high (in this case the same as the original) and the amount of compression low.

That information was claimed, and has at least a grain of truth to it (complicated setup), but that information now appears to be unreliable.
