It didn’t take long for some of President Obama’s doubters to claim the long-awaited birth certificate posted online by the White House on Wednesday had been altered or might be a fake.
But a leading software expert says there’s no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong.
The doubters have latched onto the idea that Adobe Illustrator — the premier program for computer graphic artists — “reveals” evidence of document manipulation in the Obama birth certificate. They note Illustrator reveals nine separate layers of the document, and claim it’s “proof” the file has been altered.
But that’s not so, says Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator.
“You should not be so suspicious about this,” Tremblay told FoxNews.com, dismissing the allegations.

He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

With the window open that you want a screen shot of press the ALT key and the PrtSc key, usually above the F10 key.
Then open up MS Paint. Once that is open press the CTL key and the V key at the same time. That will paste it to paint. Then Save As a JPG file.

As soon as I read that bit about some wife being in the PI I thought of the mysterious Anna Obama, and the 2 photographs that look to be of the same somewhat Oriental woman, standing on the dock close to him (or whatever that photo is, it’s so doctored up who knows), and the party photo where they’re all sitting down, mystery woman is right next to him.
Anyway, from the blurry photos, she could easily be a Filipina.

The OCR 1 and the rasterized 1 look like they belong to different fonts. The heavier serif on the leftmost 1 may exist to help reinforce the rubber stamp extrusion. Of course, that’s not an issue for the rightmost 1 if it was imprinted digitally, or photographically.
The red lines you have drawn indicating the left and right tab positions of the manual typewriter are a clear and visually obvious demonstration that an experienced typist would not type the text in the positions on the Obama Cert 2011.
Why? Because it is much slower and tedious to omit the tab method, *especially* the left tab.
Your Conclusion that the centered, fussy text positioning in each “field” is a characteristic of a mind set that is stuck on modern computer based word processing is IMHO right on the money.
Imagine having to manually type Hundreds of these Birth Certificates each month, you can be sure that a typist will use the quickest and most accurate method. That is with tabs.
There is no way an inexperienced typist is going to be trusted to type such important documents.
I wonder if some of the legal-brainiac freepers can figure a correct legal procedure for Terry Lakin to Obtain a certified copy of the BC under the Obama file number direct from Registrar Onaka at Hawaii DOH?
I think the Obama 2011 cert is a photoshop hack-job, which may only in part have come from the DOH before being butchered by Obama’s forger(s).

What are you confused about? A typical manual typewriter will have a small sliding piece for each column which will mark it as either "stop" or "skip". Pushing the tab key will cause the carriage to move until it hits the next column where the sliding piece is in the "stop" position.
Pardon me if I recap a bit but here’s what stops me. I’ve always said just show me the doctor’s signature on the “certificate of live birth “ and I’ll shut up. I lived in Hawaii all the years Obamuzzie was growing up and I figured I probably knew the Doc. Still checking on that part but my son was born in HI not long after “O” was and we have all the versions of his birth docs. All the original birth forms used by the hospitals in HI are on white paper standard forms. The copy of my son’s original “certificate—” is a photostat (dark field w/white text) . A few years ago we needed another certified copy of that and it also came as a photostat. Maybe in the interim HI has shifted to another photocopy process but there is no way they’ve done away with all the white-paper-forms. So how the bleep did they copy “O”’s original white paper form so that it now has a security paper background? At a minimum the thing “O” showed us is NOT a true copy!!! The Hawaiian Gods do not have that much mojo. Since we have our own versions of the same documents we tried to do this. Here at the farm we’re not exactly without resources but we could not get it done. So maybe the next question should go the Hawaiian Health/Records Dept. to get them to update us on the technology they’re using? Can’t possibly be a secret? Shouldn’t be embarrassing? Ought to be REALLY easy to explain? If they won’t do it then we know they made it up—————just sayin’

DEPUTY REGISTRAR BEATRICE vs. LOCAL REGISTRAR LEE: Just wondering why the Local Registrar Lee signed Obama's birth certificate, while the Deputy Registrar signed the Nordyke twins' birth certificates, when Obama and the twins were born only a day apart---Aug. 4 and Aug.5---in the same Kapiolani Hospital in 1961.
LEE vs. BEATRICE, DEPUTY REGISTRAR: I believe we need to do some serious in-depth reseach on Lee and Beatrice to find out why Lee signed Obama's birth certificate, while Beatrice, the Deputy Registrar, signed the Nordyke twins birth certificate.
1. My point is this: There could be a simple, innocent explanation why we have two different signatures, but we still need to find other Aug. 1961 Kapiolani births with either Lee or Beatrice signatures on them to help us to be sure that Obama's long form birth certificate is authentic, and that Obama was indeed born at Kapiolani.
2.Just wondering: Why did Obama have to go to all that trouble and spend all that money to get a copy of his long form birth certificate from Hawaii in April 2011? I guess the President of the United States got careless and lost it like many other people lose theirs.
3. Obama must have lost his in 2007 or earlier, because that is the year stamped on the back of the short form we see at the FactCheck website.
4. Of course, we know that most people don't go to the trouble of ordering a new birth certificate unless they lose the one they had.
5. So, I wonder why Obama had to go to all that trouble and expense----send one of his high-priced lawyers all the way to Hawaii to get it---if he already had the original long form birth certificate---the one that he had for many, many years---stored with his other important papers.
