It didn’t take long for some of President Obama’s doubters to claim the long-awaited birth certificate posted online by the White House on Wednesday had been altered or might be a fake.
But a leading software expert says there’s no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong.
The doubters have latched onto the idea that Adobe Illustrator — the premier program for computer graphic artists — “reveals” evidence of document manipulation in the Obama birth certificate. They note Illustrator reveals nine separate layers of the document, and claim it’s “proof” the file has been altered.
But that’s not so, says Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator.
“You should not be so suspicious about this,” Tremblay told FoxNews.com, dismissing the allegations.

He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

As long as there is rule of law, honest courts and law enforcement, honest elections, and government based solidly on the Constitution **EVERY** other internal problem we face as Americans will be self correcting. If we have terrible economic policies, eventually by way of natural consequences, new people will be elected who will make corrections.
But...If the rule of law is trashed, and if the Constitution becomes a “technicality”, then elections won't matter. There will either be no elections or the elections will be so fraudulent as to be meaningless.

While in Hawaii, Barack Hussein Obama was born on June 18, 1934, which would make him 27 years old in 1961, not 25!

And a “friendly” doctor in Oahu later filed a examination form without the physical presence of the child in Oahu at Kapiolani so the child could secure a Hawaiian birth record/bc.
And she had an aunt that lived somewhere in Canada.

I happened to have tuned in for that portion of the show and turned it off. His main point is that to impeach Obama now would result in civil war because 53% of the people voted for this imbecil, and Steyn did not want to let those idiots off the hook for the damage that an unqualified misfit is wreaking on America.
I disagree. It is better to show that our political elites are in fact working against the interest of every citizen and it is time to purge these parasites from the political landscape.
That is why they are terrified of people like Donald Trump and Sarah Palin = real citizen representatives.
Or they want to keep riding the gravy train and are implicated a lot deeper than many appear to be.
This is bringing our country closer to the brink of really bad times. I have read many of Steyn’s articles and I never would have suspected in a million years that he would call lack of Constitutional eligibility a mere “technicallity” that isn’t worth bothering about.
What other mere techincalities can be ignored? Obviously the First Amendment, then the Second, etc.

Based on the info you provided, I’m still trying to determine when the form would be submitted to registrar and where it would have been when SAD and Dr. Sinclair signed the document. It would be helpful to try to pin down whether the medical center typed the data or the registrar.
If Kapiolani tended to submit BC’s to the registrar on Friday’s, then this must have been an exception since Obama was supposedly born on Friday (Aug. 4) and Stanley signed the document on Monday (Aug. 7). The DOH processed the document on Tuesday (Aug. 8).
Do you know if the local registrar’s offices were in the hospitals or if these were separate? As someone has already posted, there doesn’t appear to be any other BC’s that originated from Kapiolani and were signed by U.K.C Lee. This adds another potential layer of mystery.
And if the registrars collected a number of BC’s before submitting to the HDOH, we would hope to have other BC’s with the same Aug. 8 registration date but so far I have seen none. This is either a lack of ample data or indicative of some special treatment used on this BC.
An interesting “coincidence” is that on the Nordyke twins BC it shows the Attendant signing the same day as the registrar (Aug. 11) just as was done on Obama’s (Aug. 8). This seems to imply that the registrar was either in the hospital or very near by.
So perhaps the delay of the Nordyke twins registration was due to the Attendant (doctor) being away from the office since the twins had been born on Saturday (Aug. 5). And the Nordyke’s mother signed the BC the same day as SAD (Aug. 7).
Still many unanswered questions...
Your excellent point - if the Constitution consists of mere techicalities that can be ignored at will, then elections mean nothing, squat, zip.
It means rule of law is over, and the rule of raw power is at hand.
