The Texas libertarian is widely seen as a longshot candidate for the GOP's 2012 presidential nomination. So why is he preparing for another White House campaign?....

For the same reason Ernest T. Bass kept throwing rocks at Mayberry’s windows. He’s a crazy Pest that won’t go away.
You know I posted an article to get some reasonable discourse on the article itself, which if you'd read it, said that Ron Paul is a long shot at best and probably won't win. Instead I get BS nonsense -- not even specific disagreements -- but 2nd grader slander against Ron Paul by people who haven't even read the article, and personal attacks on me. Is this really what it has all come down to? A bunch of harpies, not interested in getting Obama out of office, but just showing off for fellow harpies how you can act juvenile? If so, then you deserve what you get in the next election -- four more years of the idiot and chief !
That's been debunked so many times.
That's been debunked so many times.
By who? A blog? Enlighten me, because that came from Open Secrets, a non-profit, non-partisan website that tracks where money goes in elections.
To get attention? Or maybe Paul is just plain....
You know Ron Paul’s new book, Liberty Defined is currently #7 on Amazon best sellers list. His last book The Revolution made it to #1 on the NYT Best Sellers list. But most of you keep acting like RP’s entire following would fit into a shoebox. Makes no logical sense, whatever.
In reality, it's government employees who happen to include DoD who gave big chunks (in small increments) to Paul and Obama.
I've been working with the military and with DoD government employees for several years.
Active military tends to be conservative. I've never met one yet that is a Paul supporter. (Although I have met several who think he's nuts.)
Among the DoD civilian employees however, there is a pretty high ratio of liberals.
It was primarily these DoD civilians who donated to Paul and Obama.
But the Paulbots kept spinning it as if active armed forces were overwhelmingly supporting Paul.
Not so.
So from this we can know that Ron Paul is less popular than Harry Potter.
And equally as based in reality.
From Ron Paul’s biography, page 172:
“The main reason I became an OB/GYN doctor was that since
I was such a total geek it seemed to be the only way I
would ever get a peek at an unclothed woman.
Later, with my new abilities as an MD, I discovered that
I could control and prescribe pharmaceutical drugs. This
worked equally well. Even better in some cases. Today I
have five children!”
LMAO
What an old pervert! This man shouldn’t be let near a woman. I wonder if his patients know of his comments.
It’s obviously too much to expect honesty from a paultard. They are as dishonest as their candidate.
Who wrote this “biography”? Because I can’t find anything on it.
Bokababe: George McGovern flew a bomber for the United States Army Air Corps in raids over Trieste in WW II. That did not keep him from being a delegate to the essentially communist Progressive Party Convention of 1948 or from opposing any and all military efforts against communists in any conflict all the while whining “This Senate stands knee deep in the blood of innocents” or from voting to gut America’s defenses. Like McGoo but with less enthusiasm for international communism and more enthusiasm for our other and more recent enemies, Ron Paul is an anti-American cheerleaeder for Al Qaeda and for the disarmament of our nation and for turning it into a sorry, pitiful and toothless little thing utterly incapable of doing anything worth doing in foreign affairs. What paleoPaulie wants is for us to position our nation before Islamofascist hacksides in a permanent mode of autosmooch. Ron Paul will NEVER be nominated by the GOP and, as a result, the GOP will survive as the military strength party in American public affairs, as the social conservative party in American public affairs (no hiding 50+ million abortions and the destruction and dilution of normal marriage behind an obsolete wall of 10th Amendment obfuscation while SCOTUS Demonrats and GOP wets continue to kill the babies) and as the party that, at least, retains the potential of rejecting Paul’s two-faced and utterly dishonest gobbling of earmarks for Galveston while posing for holy pictures to the contrary as though he were simultaneously principled and rational which the paleosurrenderman most certainly is not.
What you apparently r3egard as "the realm of reality" suggests a need for reality therapy.
hacksides=backsides
