Good grief. This is getting truly beyond all reason.

Of course the security paper is new and wasn’t around in 1961. The HDoH scanned or photographed the original document that Fukino claims was in the basement in a bound volume.

Then, in order to print it - this is important, so pay attention - they pasted/inserted the scanned/photographed data into a 2011 version of the Certificate of Live Birth form and printed it on the modern-day, green security paper.

This document is not a picture of the original long-form birth certificate. It’s a 2011 version of the Certificate of Live Birth form with 1961 data inserted into it.

Red flag BUMP for Post 571. I recall you being an anti-certifigate stickler, FRiend. Glad I held back from piling on against you in the past [and simply argued points on the weight of their logic].

I'm trying to understand what you typed above. Why would they print a scanned document on security paper? Would they not just photo copy it and certify it?

If they did that, why would there be white spaces around the lettering? There should only be black ink on top of green security paper (no printer prints in white).

The HDOH currently claims that their COLB *is* their long-form. That is the only “birth certificate” they will admit to having forms for currently. I asked them how that complies with their law that says their standard BC has to have AT LEAST the information required on the CDC Standard BC. They deleted several of my e-mails and pretended they didn’t know what I was talking about. Even Dr Conspiracy agreed that they were lying to me.

But why would the HDOH do all that electronic manipulation instead of just giving a certified copy of the original on security paper? It makes no sense.

“they pasted/inserted the scanned/photographed data into a 2011 version of the Certificate of Live Birth form and printed it on the modern-day, green security paper.”

What exactly are you claiming? That they just printed the copy of the original form onto the center of the security paper, or that they cut and pasted bits of text into a modern COLB form? Either way, why are you so sure that you know what process was used to create the document?
