I’m not questioning the existence of “THX”, I’d like to understand its relevance. Why for example is a stamp with a spelling error problematic? Does it fail some chronological requirement of events? Could multiple COLB copies have been released on different dates by clerks using different stamps? I don’t understand the basic argument that involves “THX”.
If it’s a hinge-pin, perhaps it warrants its own thread.
I am questioning it. There is no way that is a smudge, blur , copy artifact, etc. It is a clear X.
So, either it shows this a forgery OR the registrar’s stamp is misspelled.
That is why I asked if that certificate dated in march 2011 shows TXE. It looks like it might but it is too far away to tell.
Obama’s 2007 certificate shows the right spelling on the stamp.
