Seems now the argument is being twisted to one parent instead of two parents for natural born citizens.
This whole thing is consuming the political landscape and both sides seems to think its a winning issue for them.
Adams also said that rather than the usual office where birth reports came to from the hospitals, Obama’s was to another office which was a short distance from the grandparent’s house.
The experts can address the NBC issues. (1) He can never be a NBC because his father wasn’t a U.S. Citizen. Need BOTH parents to be citizens. (2) SADO has her own issues. Need to have been in the U.S. for five years and wasn’t (I forget the legal point there. (3) Indonesia doesn’t allow dual citizenship and Barry could have only attended school there as a citizen of that country. He renounced his U.S. citizenship.
Of course, also a major credibility issue if the long form birth certificate says anything drastically different than the COLB or what Obama has said.
Once again, they are attempting to move the goalposts.
What does this prove? That Obama is a fraud and a liar? Didn’t we all know that?
Two American citizen parents on American soil. Period!
Where is the evidence it was issued by the State of Hawaii?
There is plenty of evidence that the COLBs are forgeries.
And....Obama himself has never spoken about it. The best we get from his spokesman is that it ( no specification of which one) was posted by the “campaign”.
Well! Gee!......What about the babies born in Vietnam whose fathers’ were American soldiers. Given this reasoning **any** of these Vietnam citizens ( communists by the way) could live here 14 years and be president.
If the editor of the Provo Daily Herald states the obvious truth, he makes Orin Hatch look even more foolish! And...The editor would stop being invited to the parties thrown by the governor and other Repugnants who protect Obama. No Repugnant would ever give him an interview again.
Please remember that Huntsman is one of Obama’s ambassadors. Please remember that every one of the Repugnants in the Utah legislature and the attorney general FAILED to defend the Constitution.
I was under the impression concerning this official document that no one has actually SEEN the original COLB issued by the state of Hawaii? I thought no one was allowed to view it per Hawaii state law?
“Where was President Barack Obama born? In Kenya, as his grandmother is alleged to have said”
That is not quite what she said...Listen for yourself.

Born in U.S. in Hawaii.
Without the actual, real birth certificate, how do we know who his birth mother is?
I would be curious to see all of Hussein’s hidden records, for school, his college acceptance, his college thesis, his Senate logs....where are these?
How can the media continue to just trust whatever this guy says, especially when he so easily lies?
From a poster at The Smoking Gun:
Try the following: Save off a copy of the exact PDF file the White House has released as Obama's birth certificate this morning. Find yourself a copy of Adobe Illustrator (not Photoshop), and load up the PDF file in Illustrator. Then click on the center of the image of the birth certificate, then right-click on the center of the image, and click Release Clipping Mask. Have fun...

State Department wants to make it harder to get a passport.

If you dont want it to get even harder for a U.S. citizen to get a passport now required for travel even to Canada or Mexico you only have until Monday to let the State Department know.
The U.S. Department of State is proposing a new Biographical Questionnaire for some passport applicants: The proposed new Form DS-5513 asks for all addresses since birth; lifetime employment history including employers and supervisors names, addresses, and telephone numbers; personal details of all siblings; mothers address one year prior to your birth; any religious ceremony around the time of birth; and a variety of other information. According to the proposed form, failure to provide the information requested may result in the denial of your U.S. passport application.
The State Department estimated that the average respondent would be able to compile all this information in just 45 minutes, which is obviously absurd given the amount of research that is likely to be required to even attempt to complete the form.
It seems likely that only some, not all, applicants will be required to fill out the new questionnaire, but no criteria have been made public for determining who will be subjected to these additional new written interrogatories. So if the passport examiner wants to deny your application, all they will have to do is give you the impossible new form to complete.
Its not clear from the supporting statement, statement of legal authorities, or regulatory assessment submitted by the State Department to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) why declining to discuss ones siblings or to provide the phone number of your first supervisor when you were a teenager working at McDonalds would be a legitimate basis for denial of a passport to a U.S. citizen.
Theres more information in the Federal Register notice (also available here as a PDF) and from the Identity Project.
You can submit comments to the State Dept. online at Regulations.gov until midnight Eastern time on Monday, April 25, 2011. Go here, then click the Submit a Comment button at the upper right of the page. If that link doesnt work for you, its probably a problem with the javascript used on the Regulations.gov website. There are alternate instructions for submitting comments by email here.
