I think it only raises more questions. 1) Has his adoption by Lolo Soetero rendered him an Indonesian citizen? 2) Is he in US illegally, since he probably IS an Indonesian citizen, and it is established that he NEVER changed his citizenship after leaving Indonesia? 3) Has Zero lied on oath or on official documents? (Probably lied on oath to register as an attorney in Illinois) 4) What was the status of his mother, a minor living in a US territory, at the time of his birth? Even if FMD is the daddy, he may not be a NBC due to his mother's status. 5) Did he ever register as a foreign student while studying in the US?

If it was Obama Sr, then the birth certificate probably doesn't provide anything we don't already think we know. But "Natural Born" not citizenship remains the issue.

If it was Frank Davis, then I think the Natural Born issue as well as most legal eligibility issues go away and Obama is left with the embarrassment of having lied and having an avowed socialist for a father.

Except very few of the cases named Obama as a defendant - most were directed at state election officials. And any case filed after he was elected would be covered by the taxpayers - he didn’t spend a penny.

When you then consider that every case that named him as a defendant and that was filed prior to his election never made it to trial, it is hard to see how millions of dollars were spent. At best, his lawyers filed a couple of documents. How much effort does it take to counter lawyers like Orly Taitz?

My guess is the mother is listed as not married - and the father is listed as unknown... In that case he's 100% eligible to be President - and the limelight switches to did he lie about place of birth in order to get college funding...

I am not 100% certain WHO his father is but I can clearly see that there is no family resmblance with Barack hussein senior...

I would be curious if that id itself is stolen- Barry Soertoro and Barack Obama junior might not be the same person.

I do know that he bears a STRIKING resemblance to Malcom X- there is a picture of one morphing to the other and it is stunning. There are also some pictures of Barry and Malcom that you cannot tell which is which until you read the catption.
