As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

It doesn't matter if it was a man or a woman. What does matter is that the employees didn't come to his/her aid in any effective way. The brutal assault continued.

I've already phoned McDonalds corporate and told them I'll never again step foot in one of their restaurants. I wouldn't feel safe. What if someone attacked me? Would their employees stand by and watch? Are they told not to get involved? The person on the phone had no answers for me.

I was in a McD’s ladies room in DC years ago with one of my small children. A 6’4” cross dresser came in ... the look on the kid’s face alone would have been worth a cover charge. But we exited quickly (without beating him/her up)

Sure, regardless of the gender, someone is being ganged up on and beaten, hair ripped out by the roots and nobody lifts a finger to help. Being reported now that the victim was/is a 22 year old woman. I really don’t care if the victim was black, white or a spotted tree toad, what happened is unconscienable and the perps should be brought to justice post haste. AND, McDonald’s and its franchises should be held accountable for their employees.

I’m having trouble buying the cross dresser or TG line. Especially since the source is a punk and coward who during filming constantly referred to the victim as a she. Although the victim is tall, just doesn’t look like a guy’s body.

I’ll take the word of the police at this point over the little hyena.
