As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

Well there is a quick check, although it wouldn't be conclusive.
You see, there never was a "Transgender" claim.
There was a "It was a transgender and the seizures were fake - it got up and walked" claim.
So is the victim in the hospital or not?
Looks pretty simple to me.

If a man shows up in the women’s room when there are children present and refuses to leave, he deserves an azz kicking.
I looked around for a security guard or cop to break it up. The mall's idea of security was an out of shape grandmother wearing a uniform who would not be interrupted from her hen session with a shop owner.
Rather than waste any time recruiting her, I decided to handle it myself. I shoved my way through the crowd, got right in between them, went chest to chest with the Mexican kid and chest-bumped him backwards until we were away from the crowd, the whole time looking him right in the eyes telling him it wasn't worth it.
I put my arm around him, making jokes about how stupid the whole thing was until he calmed down and he started smiling.
The little old lady in the McDonalds video was the only hero in that disgusting display of brutality. The poor little 22 year old girl was desperately clinging onto her leg right before the 2 B-Bitches were able to deliver their seizure inducing blow.
Those men at McDonalds were pathetic cowards.

Actually, I fell pretty good today. I was just on my way to the park to get in some exercise when this alleged assault caught my attention.
I agree. I sent my note to McDonalds this morning.
I see posts about the gender of the victim and to me that doesn’t matter. In fact, I don’t even care what gender the attackers were. Right is right and wrong is wrong and it doesn’t matter what genitalia one is sporting. This is a human being brutally, viciously and purposefully beaten into submission and then beaten some more. It makes me sick and there is no cause for it.
I am ignoring the alleged claims and regarding this as a case of assault and battery, plain and simple. As for the employee advising the perps to leave, if I was an SOB prosecutor, I might well consider him to be an accessory.

Now, to clarify my position (not liking gays/cross dressers in the bathroom). What the black ladies did was beyond a whooping. Returning and continuing to beat is animal behavior at best. I had not watched the video before I commented earlier.
