"McCain, really, that was almost an impossible situation," said Trump. Bush has been so bad, maybe the worst president in the history of this country. He has been so incompetent, so bad, so evil that I don't think any Republican could have won."
While he had harsh words for the outgoing president, he had a much different opinion of President-elect Barack Obama.
"I think he has a chance to go down as a great president. Now, if he's not a great president, this country is in serious trouble," said Trump.
We must have universal healthcare.
Do you somehow think that we do not have universal healthcare? Everyone in the U.S., citizen or not, gets whatever healthcare they need, it's just a question of how it's being paid for. There are no people dying on the streets of the U.S. because they cannot obtain healthcare. It is universally available, has been for a long time and will be in the future. The fight is over how it will be provided, who will control it and how it will be paid for.
I’ll campaign AGAINST this SOB.
Seems to this poster, you already are... :)
“I generally oppose gun control, but I support the ban on assault weapons” Donald Trump

Almost everything on the site, including everything about Trump, is 10 years or older. Funny how the FReepers who continue to post from this site fail to mention this. Could there be some agenda?
Donald Trump on Abortion
I support a womans right to choose, but I am uncomfortable with the procedures.
When Tim Russert asked me on Meet the Press if I would ban partial-birth abortion, my pro-choice instincts led me to say no. After the show, I consulted two doctors I respect and, upon learning more about this procedure, I have concluded that I would support a ban.

Favors abortion rights bur respects opposition
Trump clarified his views on abortion, saying he favors abortion rights, but respects those who oppose his position. I believe it is a personal decision that should be left to the women and their doctors, he said.

But what is the position of the “nonpartisan” ontheissues group, and can we believe a word they say?
Got anything other than that obviously liberal east coast blog?
Thanks. I mean they’re in Massachusetts.
Which makes me wonder, whether they’re also a front for...
“But the goal should be clear: Our people are our greatest asset. We must take care of our own. We must have universal healthcare.”
“Article is from two and a half years ago. That should have been mentioned, unless you wanted people to think Trump just said this tonight...”

It was mentioned. Look just under the title:

For everyone on the above-linked thread that gave me crap... suck it up, dunces. "The Hairdo" has you as bamboozled as O'Bunghole does the Libtards.
From his own cheezebag, phony-as-they-come lips to your itching ears. Anyone who doesn't vote for Palin deserves Donald Chump.
Sweet VINDICATION... I'm loving it!!!!

2008 - Hitlery? McCain’t? What was the difference? No, really, tell me what was the difference?
I have nothing invested in Trump.
I changed candidates several times last go-round. I do now and will support at the time, the person or people I believe are saying and doing what is best for America.
Once I thought that to be Duncan Hunter. Today I listened intently as his son Congressman Duncan Hunter was interviewed, and he’s going to be interesting in the future, perhaps soon.
I’ve been enthused by various candidates for various reasons. But most of all, I have been profoundly disappointed that one and all - they carefully avoid all of the most important issues our nation faces. So what use are they?
Trump’s not like that. He’s doing and saying things which need to be done and said.
If you believe other candidates are preferable to Trump (which may be - as I say I’m not personally invested in Trump other than he’s impressing me) then call them up, and tell them to get off their ininspired butts and speak about what is important.
Until then, Trump is getting all the attention, because he’s the only one brave enough to say what he’s saying.
Lead. Follow or get out of the way, as they say.
Right. No thanks.
Doanld Chump... the best opportunist liar money can buy... just ask George Soros.
;-\
Everyone in the U.S. should, does and will receive healthcare. For those who cannot afford healthcare or insurance, the taxpayers will pay for the healthcare either by direct government payments or government payments of insurance premiums.
Have you got another plan?
Levin said he would NOT ask him about birther or China.
Why would Levin do that? Trump already has his pat answers prepared.
Among other things, Mark said he would ask Trump why he gave money to Schumer just a few months ago.
Times change.
Its a very old quote."
Yes, and yes it is an old quote. Nowadays, if Sarah doesn't run and Colonel West stays back......I'm voting for Trump. He's saying ALL the right things and Huckabee and the Romster aren't even potential valid choices whatsoever.
How about Bachmann, Santorum, as well as Palin. It is still early, after all.
