The Hawaiian state health official who personally reviewed Barack Obama's original birth certificate has affirmed again that the document is "real" and denounced "conspiracy theorists" in the so-called "birther" movement for continuing to spread bogus claims about the issue.

Good point, leaving the NBC question aside. But I still think it would be trap if it were done with the understanding of absolute confidentiality.

What if the particulars on the certificate themselves raised additional questions. For example, what if it was learned that the doctor who allegedly delivered him was not alive at the time or other evidence of fabrication? If the “inspector” was bound to secrecy and all he could say was “I saw the certificate”, we’ve blown the chance.

Given the ‘rights’ that relate to non-disclosure of birth certificate data, just determining that one exists in state records should be sufficient to move on.

Without Obama’s approval, no additional information can be disclosed. His position is that he was born in Hawaii. Therefore, he position is that a certificate exists. Therefore, something on that certificate is a problem for him - one that he doesn’t want disclosed. Whatever that ‘problem’ is, it would not disqualify him from being POTUS.

Now, if the ‘problem’ relates to the authenticity of the certificate itself, perhaps another conservative (trusted person) needs to accompany our representative, someone that can verify that a real birth certificate is on file.

As an aside, since Obama is running for POTUS again, I wonder what could be done either at the national or state level that will result in a verification of birth in America as required for that office? I’m thinking that we have another shoot to verify the qualifications of all nominees prior to November 2012. In other words, we have another opportunity to complete our homework - an opportunity to pass laws that require verification to prevent this from happening again.

Yes, that is true. I ordered and received my Long form in September of 2010. I had to jump some hoops to get it. I have to admit that I didn’t bookmark the thread.... I KNOW. My bad. I took the images off my photobucket as I really didn’t feel the need to get that hacked. But the images can still be found in the internet. Thank you very much for your response. I looked at the website you provided and I have some questions :

1) You have a picture of your certificate of live birth. Didn’t Obama provide that for all to see already ?

2) What is in that LONG FORM that is so special anyway? What is in it that is worth keeping from the public?

1) No, Obama did not post what I did. I posted up a copy of the actual form that my mother signed at the hospital when I was born. Additionally is was signed by her doctor, and by another representative. Their signatures ATTEST to my birth in Kaiser Hospital in Honolulu Hawaii. Those people were witnesses to my birth.

2) What is special to the long form is the ATTESTing of birth. Those people are signing a legal document that means I was born in Kaiser Hospital, and they were there to see me enter the world. It is a legal term.

What Obama has posted is a computer generated “Certificate of Live Birth” (COLB). I have one of those as well, mine is generated from the Long form you see in the pictures at Obamafile. What Obama’s is generated off of we do not know.

Why the uncertainty? Why does that matter?

Because there was more than one way to get a Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) that Obama allowed to be posted at Figththesmears.

The other way to get one is through a REGISTRATION of live birth. This is a form called a “late registration” and could be filed up to a year after the birth of a baby. This is how many babies were registered in Hawaii, particularly by recent immigrants to the islands. That registration also will produce a COLB just like Obama’s and like mine as well. You CANNOT tell the difference between the two without knowing what form generated it.

Furthermore, all you needed at the time to get US Citizenship was one of those COLB’s, so quite literally, those foreign born babies could get US Citizenship even though they had no right to ti at all, and I am certain that a great many did exactly that. US Citizenship was greatly sought after in those days, and still is.

Because that Registration of birth (the late filed birth registration) only required a valid Hawaii State address and a witness signature, thousands of babies got registered without the state actually verifying that the babies were born IN Hawaii. In fact many were born in a lot of other places. But it still generates the SAME COLB as a document attesting to a birth, even though the Registration fails totally and utterly to satisfy any standard of proof that a baby was born IN Hawaii.

This is what people are seeking Obama’s original birth documents for. you cannot know how the COLB was generated with out it. This is why Obama’s COLB does not PROVE he was born in Hawaii.

It is speculated that Obama was a Late filed Registration of birth, which lists only a street address and a witness signature on it. If this is the case, he cannot prove he was born in Hawaii.

If this sounds like Citizenship fraud on a HUGE scale, you are right, because it is. Now, was Obama REALLY born in Hawaii? Let’s assume for a moment he was, and just wasn’t born in a hospital. He cannot PROVE he was born in Hawaii because of the widespread and fraudulent use of Hawaii’s state procedures for registering births of babies from just about anywhere with nothing other than an address listed (see phone book for one of those, easily done) and a witness signature (Also easily done).

I hope this answers some questions. This can be a confusing issue. However I have had 3 years to clarify my thoughts on it all... so if I can help clarify more, just say so!
