Jack Cashill, the right-wing journalist currently winning the national game of "'prove' the most outlandish thing you possibly can about Barack Obama" with his both his theory that Bill Ayers ghost-wrote "Dream From My Father" and his claim that the president's father was actually Jimi Hendrix, dropped a bombshell today: Barack Obama is not actually in a photo of Barack Obama and his grandparents.

No version of that picture that I have seen has been of such quality that you could tell conclusively that the ring Obama is wearing is a wedding ring. It could be a school ring, or some piece of bling that he wore out of pure vanity.

I have seen a closer shot of the ring. It does not appear to be a high school or class ring since it looks to be all one width all the way around. I can buy that theory but it leads to one other question. How many people - especially young men - have you seen in your lifetime wearing any ring on their “wedding ring” finger. Especially when they have no other rings or “bling” on? If it is true just another insight into 0 warped head.

Fred, I really want to believe you that this photo was doctored, but I have an old army foot locker filled with albums containing similar damaged family pictures from the past 100 years. Small scratches & anomalies from the photos getting moisture in old photos is not abnormal since we have no way of knowing the condition they were stored in. I have done several digital family album videos over that past 10 yrs and thus have had to touch up a quite a few pictures, so please don't tell me I don't know what I am talking about

I am a very practical business person & common sense tells me that someone saw a scratch, and then went to town with all sorts of theories. And that is all they are for now, theories because there is no so-called original of Obama sitting by himself on that bench.

Here's a picture of a young Obama, and you can see a ring on his finger, and also a bracelet.

The ring has an obvious bulge to it, typical of a ring that has a stone in it. I agree that it's not a school ring, though.

It's obvious that Obama is into bling, though, but it's strange that he doesn't have a flashy watch.

There is no original photo...there is only the FAKE of the three people sitting on the bench in Central Park, to which zero has been added. The 'original' was never in the public domain.

In 2009 I asked a freeper to remove the person sitting in the centre, to see if the two elderly people fitted together - which they obviously did.

That showed zero was posed on that bench ALONE and then ADDED between the two Dunhams. Which explains the difference in the light and the need to deconstruct the wall - to make room for the added individual.

The image you are referring to - with the 'knee' - I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE THIS ARTICLE WAS POSTED.

Who-ever it was that removed zero from the centre of this image, LEFT SOME OF HIM BEHIND.

I'LL SAY IT AGAIN. THERE WAS NEVER AN 'ORIGINAL PHOTO' PUBLISHED SHOWING THE DUNHAMS.

There is no TRAP, and images of Iranian rockets mean nothing.

You will never see an image of zero sitting by himself on that bench because they took him to Central Park AND POSED HIM ON THAT BENCH in that position so that he would FIT BETWEEN THE DUNHAMS.

And to achieve that, the WALL WAS DESTROYED AND RECONSTRUCTED.
