Quite true but the issue at hand was whether he was listed as the father on the birth certificate. I think he was for the reasons I listed including the fact that a Hawaii divorce judge in 1965 described it as a “lawful” marriage that began in February 1961 (Months prior to Obama’s birth). As I said, it is standard practice in most states to list the husband on the birth certificate even if the wife objects (and why would she have objected?)
If Malcolm X was listed on the birth certificate any questions here about Obama’s citizenship from birthers would have to disappear since Malcolm was born in the U.S.

Thanks. That sounds right to me, too. They’ve had a lot more marital problems than the MSM lets on. Being married to a malignant narcissist is no cake walk—not that Michelle looks like the easiest woman to live with either. I would be surprised if at least some of her anger isn’t displaced frustration over the lack of genuine love and attention she gets from Barry. Lolo Soetoro, foreign student at Univ. of Hawaii, was in trouble with INS because he overstayed his visa/failed to get an extension. The penalty/requirement for that was that he had to return to his homeland [Indonesia] and live there for 2 consecutive years before applying to come back to complete his degree. This was in the spring of 1965. He then suddenly announced to the INS that he had gotten married in March 1965, to an American citizen, and wanted a waiver of the “go home” requirement because it would be a terrible anguish for his wife to be without him. “Wife” was Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro, who had a 3 1/2-year old child by her previous marriage. The INS required proof of the dissolution of that marriage as a requirement for the consideration of Lolo’s waiver application. The battle went on for a year, but Lolo was eventually returned to Indonesia at the demand of the Indonesian government - which was in the midst of political upheaval. Stanley Ann declined to go with Lolo at that time - 1966 - as she was attending the Univ. of Hawaii. She “suffered” the “anguish” of being apart from her husband until completing her degree in August 1967. In October 1967 she and little Barry flew to Indonesia. By that time she and Lolo had been married for 2 1/2 years, and Barry had just turned 6.
During the time frame between their wedding and Lolo’s departure, it appears that Stanley Ann continued to reside with her parents, adding fuel to the appearance of the marriage having been done as a favor to help a friend remain in the USA.
This information is gleaned from the bundle of 100 or so pages on Lolo Soetoro released last summer under the Freedom of Information Act.
There's no evidence Barak Sr really knew anything about the divorce, or the alleged wedding (no license, no witnesses, called a "mystery" in DREAMS), or even the child; until 1971 when he returned to Hawaii.

After examining the photos intently for about five minutes she picked the photo of Frank Marshall Davis.
It is current and historic law. This would be necessary for unattended births. Since we've seen no long-form, doctor-signed birth certificate corroborating Obama's jpg, then you can't rule out that Obama's birth was unattended and/or out of state.
