Richard Branson has bought Pluto and intends to have it reinstated as a planet.

1. Who did he buy it from? I mean who claimed to own it? Seems it is there for the taking by anyone who can land there.
2. If he is successful, will there be colonization? If I were younger, I would apply to be in the first wave.
