I heard it. at 6:50 they teased that BO registered for financial aid as a foreign student, details at 7:20.

It was in the body of the show. It wasn't a teaser. Don said several sentences regarding this with response from Roma and then said he would have more at 7:20. There was no further mention of it that I heard until the end of the show at 9 AM. I wasn't asleep and dreaming. I get up around 4:30 AM and am at work by about 5:30 AM so there's no possibility of anything like that.
