Here's one way to help destroy Teachers' Unions:
1) Start a YouTube Channel: "Worst Teacher in America."
2) Let kids post surreptitious videos of their teacher's horrible skills.
3) Let people vote on "Worst Teacher."
4) Track "Worst Teacher" listings by State, District, and School.
5) After a year of postings and voting, award the "Worst Teacher in America" a full retirement from the Rose and Milton Friedman Foundation if they agree to never enter a school again.
Maybe we can shame bad teachers out of the profession.
I've pinged Breitbart, since those guys have done well with ACORN, Planned Parenthood, etc. I'll ping the Friedman Foundation next.
Is anyone else out there technically competent to get this ball rolling, even without the retirement plan? We could have a cabal of FReepers manage the YouTube channel.

On top of all that you wrote the phrase “...Find the principle that hasn’t returned referral sheets” seems to demonstrate the height of your teaching of the English language. The correct spelling is “Principal”...not principle.
Perhaps you could use some "out side" English instruction.

Do you work in Spain and teach bullfighting? Or did you mean "bullying," but couldn't spell correctly?
This could go one of several ways. However, if you meant how often the student is arrested, then the proper English would be:
"6. Student arrest achievement award."
But under your grand tutelage, perhaps their student-hood is "arrested."
Do they write the swear words on blocks of wood before hurling them? My high school English teacher would have red-lined "thrown."
Gee, one behavior ("sexting") generates multiple "awards" for one "student"? You are a generous soul, if unclear about plurals again.

Reforming schools is fine. Destroying the Teachers’ Unions would be my proper objective.
As in Wisconsin and with any government anywhere, I do not believe the workers should be allowed collective bargaining rights or a Union.
Public Choice theory shows that governments become captives of interest groups they regulate. I think the same theory holds here; Public Employee Unions spend all their money dominating the Government to the detriment of Taxpayers.
Do you support the tachers union? Or does what they do make no difference to you? This is about a union that propagandizes against America. This is about teachers who do not know grammar or math teaching either or both. This is about teachers substituting American history and world history with damned lying history. This is about teachers who do not know much, if anything, about the US Constitution. This is about teachers who promote global warming and envirowhacko fantasies to young minds to create a constituency for a lie and insidiously nudging them into communism....not to mention scaring little kids to death.
This is about teachers who promote the gay agenda to innocent children in the classrooms.
And as for all the things you mentioned, had teachers NOT promoted a sexual agenda, a far left liberal agenda, a gay agenda, since these kids first stepped into their classrooms, maybe we wouldn’t see all these “problems” you posted.

Great idea though and I have a few teachers in mind.
Get together with likeminded people and homeschool... thus rendering “professional” teachers irrelevant.
When I was in college, the students with the worst grades in every one of my classes were either those with education or nursing majors. It was downright scary.
One of my elective classes was Biblical History and the prof asked us to read out loud. Not one of them could get through a passage in the Bible without needing help.
Imagine what it was like in my Genetics class. When a professor grades on a curve so that teaching students and nursing students can barely pass, we are in trouble.
Pick up a copy of “The Cartel” and spread it around to everyone you know. It is a well done expose’ on public education.
There is no need to destroy the teachers union, or any other union. Changing union leadership I would agree with. Making States like Michigan, etc “Right to Work” States I would also agree with but once you do away with unions, the next step will be to rediscover why unions were created in the first place.

Absolutely true. Just watch the documentary film “Waiting For Superman” to confirm this deplorable situation. The NEA must be busted, but unfortunately I don’t think that a “Shame” approach will do much.
