I don’t have a problem with nuclear other than gas and coal is cheaper and less complicated. It is purely an economic reason although the left has made nuclear impossible just like they are attempting w/coal, gas and oil.

Pray for Japan

Thanks much, its getting easier to spot what their agenda is just takes some practice.

Like you some time ago I too was worried about getting a candidate that might not meet our expectations ala McCain.

My hope now is that regardless of who we get(and don't get me wrong I remain a strong Palin supporter) the stark comparisons of a socialist/Marxist regime and what that spells for the nation vs. a return to free enterprise will convince all but the dumbest of voters or those who never plan to do anything but suck off government to vote for our side.

Its a gamble but I still trust the American public to do the right thing.

So here in the swamps that Chair of the Sussex County Republican party was, at the last monthly meeting, given a vote of no-confidence.

YET HE’S NOT GOING TO QUIT!!!

Folks, do NOT ever accuse the pubs of not having the will to fight. There’s just one problem....THEY ONLY GET VICIOUS, MEAN AND NASTY WITH THEIR BASE, a base that dared to vote for Christine O’Donnell instead of the Democrat that they’d been nominating for yea many years and of whom we got mighty tired of. If we wanted a Democrat like Mike Castle leading our party we’d just become Democrats for God’s sake.

In congress, in the places of their power, they do not muss head hairs, they polish perfect nails, they reach across the aisles with smiles and soft hands.

BUT GO VOTING FOR A CHRISTINE O’DONNELL or, in the future, A SARAH PALIN, and God has no viciousness like a GOP Blue Blood Ruling Class will unleash upon a stupid base who would threaten their beloved power. They will cheat and lie and ignore no-confidence votes. They will appoint nasty Parliamentarians who will publicly mock an announced challenger to the state Chair for his non-suitability to their preferred method of winning elections by nominating DEMOCRATS!

and they think they are so much wiser than us minions but go with me here, Delaware is a blue state, we get this, but even us boobs in the Tea Party COULD WIN ELECTIONS IF WE NOMINATED DEMO-DAMN-CRATS!

What kind of genius is this?

I’m warning you about the future because they’ll gear up over Sarah Palin and you’ll not know viciousness until they get started.

If only, Dear Lord, if only, they would fight the opposition party with the force and firmness with which they attack their base, the Republicans would control the world.

Here’s the statistics the GOP Blue Blood Ruling Class won’t release. Thank me very much.

COD lost in Delaware by 15%. BUT...

Jan Ting-35%
Bill Lee-28%

....this is off of the top of my head. Point being, other candidates, those most amazing nothing burgers appointed to run against Carper or Biden in the past...ALL LOST BY AT LEAST A TEN PERCENT GREATER MARGIN THAN COD!!!!

IE...the ones the Blue Bloods nominated did way worse than COD! They don’t want you to know this.

Yeah, Mike Castle won, but dag, the guy had the Democrats on his side!

Girlene is the best. She, AB, youself and so many others are great in reporting what’s happening on the various networks that it feels like I’m up to date every week with the propaganda and biases.

Thanks to everyone who reports.

That may be a comforting thought to have and that’s more or less so, on average, for SS. But for medicare it by far isn’t the case: The average new retiree will get three times the benefit paid in, adjusted for inflation:

“I do not think the blubbering bonehead is “all there”.”

I think you may be right. Boehner, Cantor, and much of the Republican leadership doesn’t seem to be up to the challenge. They seem perfectly content to let the system go along as it always has. The only change important to them is who is in charge.

A really brilliant yet introspective post, great job.

ABC was probably the worst this morning.

Here's some snippets I excerpted from their presentation:

Biblical, meltdown (with organ music in the background) for the open, chaos, unprecedented crisis, second meltdown, explosive, destruction.

UHHH... after a while you sorta get a pattern of what this is really about more ABC's presentation than all the sick or dying Japanese.

What was so blatant was ABC's desperate attempt to kill and bury nuclear once and for all as just plain bad for any living being.

They forgot to mention how countries like France do quite well getting 60 % of their power from nuclear since as of today its all bad all the time.

There just nothing like bias and few do it a well as the Drivebys.

Exactly,Ronald Reagan had the guts to go against the crowd when it was right for the nation. He endured the spears, media slams, was even shot and withstood it all.

Do we have someone to follow in his foot steps?

I say her name is Sarah.!!!

I always find it fascinating to compare the perceived risks that Europeans and Americans will and will not take or allow.

Food is a good example. Nonpasteurized milk and cheese is nearly universally available in Europe, but they don’t go for genetically modified stuff at all. We’re just the opposite.

She’s not stupid. If she’s running, she’s running GOP, rather than what would absolutely guarantee Barry’s second term.

But recent polls have not been positive and she sounded like she was backpedaling this week. I now truly fear that Mitt will have it sown up by March, 2012. Arrgh!

You're right. It was a good article. I liked this one, too. The Obama Doctrine: Libya is what a world without U.S. leadership looks like.

“Have we lost the respect for Capitalism that so grew our nation into a mighty economic power?”

An alarming number of people HAVE, unfortunately. They view Gordon Gecko as the face of capitalism rather than understand that it’s the best economic model ever as opposed to socialism or communism (often imposed by dictators) or sharia (which extends to banking, not just law). I argue this on a regular basis with people, that it’s really about entrepreneurship, small businesses that are our backbone, and freedom for anyone to make their dreams a reality. So many people who vilify “big business” forget that they’re the largest job creators, and that they almost always began as the idea or dream of “little” guys who started with nothing and made it grow through dedication, hard work and sacrifice.

It’s a shame that a few bad eggs on Wall Street have so tainted the reputation of business in so many minds, and that we have an un-American president who does everything he can to promulgate that (all the while in bed with the bad players of Wall Street and big unions).
