The Democrats were given time. Read the article again. The debate went on for 60 hours. Dems are sore losers. Shame on them, not the Republicans.

The actual vote was open and closed within seconds while most of the Democrats were out of the room. 28 of them didn’t cast their votes.
Yeah they debated for 60 hours but when the important vote occured the GOP made it clear: the Dems *were* losers. They were in the minority from the very beginning. The GOP knew that there was not even any point in their voting, since they were in the minority.
Do you have a problem with that? The Dems are in the minority. Why not crush them and pass what you want?
