Diabetic's discrimination lawsuit against restaurant is hard to swallow
The Los Angeles Times (via Drudge) ^ | February 17, 2011 | David Lazarus

David Martin was in the mood for raw fish, and he liked the deal offered by a Studio City sushi restaurant: all you can eat for $28.

He took a seat at the counter and started ordering. But it turned out that Martin didn't really want sushi, which includes rice; he wanted all-you-can-eat sashimi, which is just fish. He began picking the seafood off the top and leaving the rice.

Restaurant owner Jay Oh told Martin that if he wanted the all-you-can-eat price, he'd have to eat the rice too and not just fill up on fish. Martin replied that he has diabetes and that he can't eat rice.

LOL!
No.

Either state something new, “supporting” your viewpoint, not already refuted, or freely admit that you are wrong.

Come on...you can do it!
Adnit you are wrong.

Actually little miss liberal I am still waiting for you to refute me.

I never said or implied that I in any way did not observe the conventions of society, you and the rest of your leftist buddies had to jump all over this guy with out being aware of all the facts.

You as usual went off half cocked in one of your kill the messenger rants.

Now if you can show that I do ignore the conventions of polite society then do so, if not keep it to yourself.

I have gone to Chinese buffets that have a little sushi section. I get the sushi but ditch 2/3 of the rice because I don’t want to fill up on it. But I am not making an entire meal out of sushi the way this diabetic guy was. This diabetic is looking to win via lawsuit plus I am certain he has pulled this scam before
