Nice coverage on Libya over on AJ
Yep - Obama is sure changing our image in the world alright....
Well , at least he lowered the oceans level the day of he was “elected”!
FWIW Al Jazeera has shown less bias than CNN. Jack Caffrty had a segment on how we should be less involved in world affairs and John King was careful to immediately cut off any implied criticism of O’s handling of Americans fleeing the carnage, even suggesting that Navy Seals were on the ferry. When the reporters in Libya said they hadn’t heard anything like that, King moved on with lightning speed.
AJ actually does provide fairly balanced coverage of events in the area. I would certainly put them ahead of CNN/Fox and the BBC in that regard.
Give Obama a break. He’s had to sit through jazz, classical and even country-western nights to finally make it to Motown. You can’t expect him to be worrying about Libya when he’s at long last looking forward to a musical party-night he can enjoy. The only thing he’d like better is Gangsta Rappers in the White Hut Hood.
Sheesh.
Il Douche is occupied with rallying the purple shirts against his political opponents here.
The difference is that Al Jazeera supports Islamists, whereas CNN and the BBC don’t. It’s thanks to Al Jazeera’s fawning coverage of Iran that the mullahs have become popular all over the Arab world. John Kerry is rooting big time for Gaddafi’s opponents. The last time we saw this kind of enthusiasm from Kerry was when he was giving the Vietcong advice on how to evict US forces from South Vietnam.
Meh. Not our job, and if we did that, they’d be pissed off about that, too.

That is interesting and impressive, even if it is an incredibly low bar.
Fascism’s Prodigal Son would be proud.
yeah, but who issued the fatwa for listening to Al-Jazeera??
that fatwa makes no sense unless the Odumbo admin truly supports the Muslim Brotherhood
Exactly.
... or the other way around.
I been Al Jabezza in KCET Los Angeles and its sister station KCET Worldview
They really trash Obama over Libya
Well, I think zer0 does support the MB but probably had nothing to do with the fatwa. That was some marginal cleric somewhere.
The only fatwa I'm interested in is the one against violent jihad. I'm holding my breath for that one.... /s
(Good to seee you. Weren't you going to change your name or something?)
I can smell the sulfur.
