Via Drudge, one of the more hypocritical moments of the union protests in Madison gets committed to videotape by MacIver Institute. Why hypocritical? Well, imagine what these same teachers would say if their students got doctors to sign notes en masse at the mall to teenagers that play hooky from their classes. Great lesson these teachers are giving their students, especially the ones they brought in tow to Wisconsins capital:
I asked this doctor what he was doing and he told me they were handing out excuses to people who were feeling sick due to emotional, mental or financial distress, said Christian Hartsock. They never performed an examhe asked me how I was feeling today and I said Im from California and Im not used to the cold, so he handed me a note.
Another woman, who wished to remain anonymous, said they were handing out excuses like they were leaflets.
I asked if they were handing out doctors excuses and a guy said yes and asked me if I needed one, she said. When I told them I needed one for February 16 and 17th, he wondered if I wanted to come back here for the protests next week.
What happened next?
I said, sure, and I received a doctors note for the 16th through the 25th of February, without a medical exam.
Dont miss the doctor who scolded the cameraman because he doesnt hang out at the capital every day for a year before asking questions about aiding and abetting fraud. Perhaps the state might want to look into these cases of inadequate examination and potential misdiagnosis by the doctors who issued those notes, too.
Oh, I think the longer it goes on, the SOONER the American people wake up and vote for REAL change.
Would be ironic for a person named Dr. Len Forcement, to work in the field of medical malpractice.
* - It's a joke people.
I’m wondering how long it will take for one of the fake “patients” to see $$$ in the form of a malpractice suit against one of these doctors for a misdiagnosis.
Law suit..the only answer. Sue the livin shit out of them for medical fraud.
Great!
But I think the real value of this will be the blowback that happens when honest, fair-minded, yet sometimes left-leaning Independents (in other words, the kind of folks who voted for Obama and hopey-changey in 2008) see this and other examples of the depths of lying, fraud, deceipt, and hatefulness that the liberals happily descend to in order to “win”.
As Rush says: “Liberals lie”. Proof is all around us.
How the hell? Dang it! You beat me by just that much.
The whole damn thing is a fraud... get enough people to be fraudulent together and it magically becomes moral and ethical. This is how it is possible that a segment of society becomes debased enough to do their countrymen harm, real harm, and not bat an eye... evil pure and simple. This is how the Dr’s at Auschwitz were able to overcome their natural human aversion to the pain and suffering of their captors. It was OK to perpetrate evil, because it was sanctioned by so many.
Ask the doctor if a patient file exists, a billing statement, anything that supports this letter with no letterhead and a signature that claims to be a doctor.
Fire the employee for submitting a fraudulent document. Sick leave is paid leave and a fraud here is stealing from the employer.
Did you notice that her e-mail is for holly.keevil@...?
and taxpayers as these are public funded positions
It’s fakery and corruption - two things the Left excels at.
Check this out!
This will not go unnoticed in an Adult controlled House of Representatives.
Well, the bright side is that great minds think alike! :)
They should loss their licenses.
Actually, since the Governor runs the Board of Licensure, or whatever it is called up there, he can have their licenses yanked.
Not malpractice. But, falsification of medical records is a felony.
The form she signed authorizing the absence invites a call for further information. If the employer requests “further information”, Dr. Keevil has a choice:
1) Lie regarding the details; or,
2) Admit that there is no supportive data.
Either way, Dr. Keevil is in trouble.
