This is how they get medical marijuana cards in Kalipornia
Take this fraud “doctor”’s license away. He did NOT examine these people.
Can I get a note? Just reading about this is making me sick...
That right there is fraud.
if one of their students did the same they would be busted. ponder the corruption. spiritual and financial.
The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly referred to as RICO Act or RICO) is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. RICO was enacted by section 901(a) of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub.L. 91-452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted October 15, 1970). RICO is codified as Chapter 96 of Title 18 of the United States Code, 18 U.S.C. § 19611968. While its intended use was to prosecute the Mafia as well as others who were actively engaged in organized crime, its application has been more widespread.
It has been speculated that the name and acronym were selected in a sly reference to the movie Little Caesar, which featured a notorious gangster named Rico. The original drafter of the bill, G. Robert Blakey, refused to confirm or deny this.[1] G. Robert Blakey remains an expert on RICO;[2] his former student Michael Goldsmith also gained a reputation as one of the nation’s leading RICO experts.[3]
I think we’re going to see more and more “fake doctors” with ObamaCare. These union thugs are probably our first batch of “fake doctors”.
There also may be a Bernard F. Micke involved. It appears that the doctors involved my be on the Wisconsin University medical staff.
This big time fraud.
To Whom It May Concern:
Please excuse Sha’Leatha Jones from work for this week. She has developed a psychosomatic condition due to her extreme fear of actually having to pay more of her share for insurance and retirement. She also must provide cover for her missing state representative.
Sincerely,
M. A. Quackenbush, MD

Bring the hammer down!
In 2009 this doctor paid 141.50 for his first license to practice. I honestly believe the guy is nothing but a medical student. he is handing this out with no examination. Lets say athe teachers turn these and they live a distance from Monona Wisconsin. The school superintendent will realize these are nothing but sick out medical excuse generated. Wonder which Union will be paying for the medical doctors fees. This I believe is actual violation of the state of Wisconsin. The doctor is using a generic form - and signing it out, what his signature is there and he just has them signed with no diagnosis. gee anybody can take them home or to a school and give them to students.
This will blow up in this doctors face.
Here is his email you could just ask him.

The Governor should go on the air, massively with this story and say:
IS THIS WHO WE WANT TO BE TEACHING OUR CHILDREN ?
NO.
THESE TEACHERS MUST ALL BE FIRED PERMAENTLY. FIND A NEW LINE OF WORK AS YOU TRY TO BUILD MORAL CHARACTER IN YOURSELF. BUT YOU WILL NOT WORK AS A TEACHER IN WI AGAIN.
Change the word from fake to fraudulent notes and I’ll be happy.
I wonder what other physicians think about this black mark being placed on their profession.
This nation is reprehensibly divided. Is it the second Civil War?
The rest of the media?

This bill will get passed here and the fallout is going to be very, very bad—for the libtards, I mean. Even the fence sitting “Independents” here can't help but see what those pathetic commies are up to.
