So if the GOP non-gay base stays home on election day.
The GOP will be so proud?

What are you gonna do about it, pissant? It’s pretty clear how you determine someone is a woman or not, in order to keep them from voting. How do you determine someone is a homo? Check his handbag, maybe?

Wake me up when we find a candidate who is 100% perfect.
As far as I can see, Palin is still the best out there.

Conservative gays and lesbians should be allowed in CPAC with the "don't ask, don't tell" rule..
Then who is to know?..
Groinal conservatives should keep "it" to themselves..
To many republicans have their heads up their asses already..

Well, Ive never attended a CPAC conference ever so I was a little taken aback this go around when I couldnt make it to this one either and then there was a speculation well I either agree or disagree with some of the groups or issues that CPAC is discussing. It really is a matter of time for me. But when it comes to and David, perhaps what it is that youre suggesting in the question is should the GOP, should conservatives not reach out to others, not participate in events or forums that perhaps are rising within those forums are issues that maybe we dont personally agree with? And I say no, its like you being on a panel shoot, with a bunch of the liberal folks whom you have been on and you provide good information and balance, and you allow for healthy debate, which is needed in order for people to gather information and make up their own minds about issues. I look at participation in an event like CPAC or any other event, along, or kind of in that same vein as the more information that people have the better.

“Gee, what a surprise.”
You mean that you posted this article?
To: pissant
No great surprise here, really; Palin has quietly backed the end of DADT and expressed support for conservative gays and lesbians in the past. Speaking here with David Brody from the Christian Broadcast Network and excerpted by Breitbart TV, Palin doesnt endorse GOProud but does defend their attendance at CPAC, and argues that the value of events such as CPAC is to debate the issues and provide as much information as possible to attendees
So unlike some of you PDS slack-jawed dimwits she's being an adult about it...Grow up!

So what? I did not agree with Ronaldus Magnus on everything, either. I can live with differing opinions, unlike leftists. You seem to want to reject the 95% right because of the 5% wrong.
As long as the standards of BEHAVIOR in the military remain intact, queers serving will not be as huge a problem as predicted. Not good, but not disastrous.

Posting this article isn't going to make me abandon Sarah and support Bachmann.
No candidate is 100% in agreement with my goals and values. Imho, these attempts to use Bachmann to make Sarah look like a weaker candidate are not proof that you have any interest in Bachmann, but rather indicate an intent to show Sarah in a bad light.

Not seeing a problem here. Palin is endorsing FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND ASSEMBLY. She doesn't attend CPAC, but if CPAC and other individuals don't have a problem with it, she doesn't have a problem with it. Do you expect her to start quoting scriptures at gay people and bashing them over the head with purple flagpoles? < puzzled >
OooooOOOooooOOOooo, someone grab a rope. She's gone WAYYYYY over the line with this one!!!

Last I looked, Sarah Palin is NOT a religious leader in this country, but a leader with religous values...I personally don't agree with this particular position, but by no means does is negate ALL of Palin's positive aspects, IMO.
