How I miss Cheney (and Reagan). Those were the days, when we had adults in the White House and an administration whose goal was to defend America, not undermine it.

The good ol’ days of a president who believed that the people held the solutions to the nation's problems and that the people held the keys to the nation's success. An unapologetically American president. Damn, my monitor has become blurry...

This Enemy we are fighting now is so different than the Cold War, I don’t think that Cold War Warriors need apply.
They were Diplomats.
This is a Blood War with a Death Cult the sooner we understand it the less damage will be imposed on the innocent.
You can’t negotiate anything with these folks except your life.

Unfortunately, the same can be said of the left. You were talking about Islamics, though, right?

I miss you, VP Cheney, and I wish you well and thank you. I so miss President Bush as well.
It’s like we skipped a few generations in just one stinkin’ election.
Being American, and Americans-—and taking pride in those facts-— used to mean something. I will say prayers that they still do.

Zer0 should be warning the Egyptian people about the dangers of mob rule and promoting the democratic process as the best way to solve their problems. A coup détat born out of anarchy no road to success. Our president should be promoting the best way out of Egypt’s crisis. And he should have known in advance what was going to happen in Egypt so that the Muslim Brotherhood did not wrestle control away from the democratic will of the Egyptian people.

He knows what will happen, he just doesn’t know what he is doing. He is one of them, just less qualified.

Remember I said I wished Cheney were in charge of this mess? Now I really wish it. I bet Obama’s beginning to wish so too. The putz.

Good for Cheney. Bush needs to come out and say something too.
As usual, the Republicans currently employed by us are MIA on this matter.

This has been my attitude from day 1 of these troubles while others were getting emotional about it.
To: TexasTransplant
The negligence we see from Zer0 is treasonous. The outcome in Egypt has our national security at stake.
