This is exactly why the west should NEVER give back priceless historical artifacts to these backwards pedophile worshiping countries.
To: Zakeet
If true, then there go all the artifacts up in smoke.
To: Zakeet
Case in point why the artifacts should stay in the British Museum.

Geepers...idiots roaming at large.
Just like the LA riots - idiots burning their own infastructure, neighborhoods and local assets.
Similar to cattle craping in their own beds.

Personally I’m disgusted with the media blaming everything on the “pro mubarak” protesters. After all, they didn’t even appear till today. Who was burning things and throwing rocks yesterday?

The loss of the treasures is a crime against all humanity.
I had heard it set a tree afire.. al arabiya said the museum.. which is odd, it’s exterior is mostly mortar, stone and inside, dust.. as I recall.

Anyone hear about CNN’s Anderson Cooper being punched out (hit 10 times) by demonstrators in Cairo?

Just the thought of destroying these priceless artifacts makes me ill.
Don’t these idiot’s have any pride? So very sad.

I am giving up on Fox News for at least a little while. They are constantly peddling their new iPad app instead of real news.

I hate to say this, but Al Jazeera has by far the best coverage of the Egypt situation, far superior to our fascist, filtered media. They are also giving perspectives from both sides, and it’s all live. At least for this event, they seem to be the most fair and balanced!

Didn’t Egypt recently ask either Britain or Germany to send home one of the items from King Tut find? Irony at it’s best.

Sorry, I take to long to post.
Just as the Taliban destroyed the Buddhas of Baniyan in Afganistan, NOW the Egytian antiquities are targeted.
To bad King TUT.
