Well- on the one hand- count your blessings not to hear Shep. Living in a more urban area I have cable for tv and computer. I am however, the only person I know that keeps a landline:)

Here is a link that started out as a comment on the world market reaction to the Egypt mess, but now a number of the comments are reporting specific scary action in the square, including the thing about rocks being dropped on the demonstrators. Also report that criminals are being paid to cause trouble in the square.
Antipersonal weapon of choice for the thugs it would seem. It makes one's skin crawl just to think about that being used on a crowd of their fellow countrymen containing women and children.
