We all have hope that this will turn in our favor as Americans.

However we seem to be missing the real point. Which is; God's will, that his will be carried out. It is written in the scriptures that this region will be the center of the last great conflict. No matter how we pray to stop it, his will, will prevail.

In this situation, either option will lead to failure eventually. Which then leads to God's plan; It has to melt down and be destroyed in order for it to be rebuilt.

we need to protect ourselves first and survive this, to be able to replant the seeds that will create the paradise described in the Scriptures. So, just relax and trust in God's wisdom. Have faith that his will, unequivocally does rule the Universe.

I have spent some time on the Front Line. When one is directly there and involved and their life is on the line, most all who are rational does a deep soul searching during that time.

I had the luxury of having the best commanders, under the old rules of engagement. I had faith that those were the best criteria to have in my favor and I never doubted them.

Today, I have genuine fear and concern for our brave Troops who are forced to fight under these new and insane rules. These new ROI can easily and WILL be used against us! They either have to be returned to the old standard or we will have to face certain defeat.

All the technology in the World won't change that dynamic. The basics of Combat have remained constant and cannot be changed by Politically Correct reform. To do so, only invites disaster.

No disagreement here from me. This is why I Love You, you make sense, where common sense lacks in those now in leadership positions. I too have genuine fear. Your fear is for what may be is a bigger picture than mine (maybe), and I realize where your primary fear originates and who, and what your primary fear is about. Political Correctness is what our enemy utilizes to make inroads into our society for their objectives. Strange times in which America lives, as do our Allies. My past opinion....My opinion begins anew.... During the last decade or such many of our most talented Commanders are on the sidelines in some respects. My son served (not as a Commander), and now he in Australia. His (my son) opinion is as favorable as yours. prior typing a side note....but here is his opinion, and Mods if I should not type this, send me a Loose Lips Sinks Ships, my son now believes serving is a situation not good. At one point, he had a different opinion. Orders are things, keeping order is another thing. Maybe there will be something later to be shared depending on the Mods.

What me Worried? Only a fool would not be....imho

Our older son is 17. He and his classmates are preparing for college and other new directions. Several of them are joining the Marines, Navy and Army. They are fine young men. Most of them were in Cub Scouts or Boy Scouts with our son. I find myself terribly torn when I hear about their plans. While I am grateful to them for stepping up to defend our beloved nation, as a mother and a patriot I fear for them. No mother's child should serve under leaders who do not value those lives, respect and love our nation, and do their utmost to defend America wisely. I pray for them, and for our nation.
