I went to get something to eat, but that building was out of power.
Wow! My brother in Houston area is having rolling blackouts
as well as the town I work in (Midland). One of my friends
said that power was off here, too, but thankfully, not at
my house.
A water tower has burst in a small town north of us. Crazy, huh?
