Wow! My brother in Houston area is having rolling blackouts
as well as the town I work in (Midland). One of my friends
said that power was off here, too, but thankfully, not at
my house.
A water tower has burst in a small town north of us. Crazy, huh?
Looks like they are letting us go at noon. Too bad about the water tower.
We may not get above 28 or so today.
