All Senate Republicans appear ready to repeal health care law I would hope this is the case. I would suspect a few Democrats as well would choose individual liberty over state tyranny if there is a vote.

Between this story, Judge Vincent’s ruling and the chaos in Egypt, looks like Barry Soetoro is having a very, very bad day

Didn’t the RATs omit the clause that preserves the bill when one part is found to be Unconstitutional? A vote might not be necessary if SCOTUS upholds the ruling from Florida.

[This comes as a federal judge, in Florida, strikes down key parts of the law as unconstitutional. ]
He struck the whole law because of the unconstitutional healthcare mandate.

Doesn't matter at all.
What is needed are at least four....better five....dem/lib/prog/pop senators standing tall and ready to vote for repeal. Without that, there will be no repeal of the now law. None.

If you get a bill with 46 co-sponsers (as soon as Thad Cocheran signs on) should that not have to come to the floor??? Also, I can see other Dems who voted for the original bill will vote for this repeal of the bill. With the judges ruling as cover. When asked about it, they can now say that since it looks as if it is going to be ruled unconstitutional, it makes sense to repeal this bill and start on a new one.
Sure, Obama will veto the bill, but this is beautiful. Make him veto it!! In fact, after he vetos it, this same bill should be brought up again in the house in January 2012. Start it all over again, only this time during election season. See how many more Dems we can pick off and pass it by larger margins...
