"Judge rules healthcare reform unconstitutional"
This is the 2nd judge to rule Barry care is unconstitutional.
I hear screams of joy in the distance.
This ruling, however, by Judge Vinson from Florida seems to go further by ruling the ENTIRE Act to be unconstitutional...not "just" the individual mandate.
But is the ruling binding? I mean, did he put a stay on the mandate.
PGFWABF!
According to another report, the judge did not put a stay on the mandate because he said it was unnecessary, since the entire act was unconstitutional.
These rulings plus the millions of waivers Zero has granted, make it totally unconstitutional. You cannot force SOME of the people to take it & not millions of others!

If being stumped and giving up is the result, check :
Unfortunately, two other states, Illinois and another pit of corruption state has ruled it Constitutional already.

No, he said no injunction was necessary because he knew the federal gov’t would follow the law, and the he was determining that the HC law is void.
What an sucker! If they’d followed the law we’d never have this piece of crap law!
“Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire act must be declared void. This has been a difficult decision to reach, and I am aware that it will have indeterminable implications,” Vinson wrote.

Excellent!
News ping!
IMO, that should have been, or should be, the congresscritters’ next bill -
make the waivers illegal.
AMEN!
Would love to personally thank these two Judges. I’m so thankful that there are some honorable men left.
