Headline is misleading.
I’m TOTALLY on the side of the folks at LifeNews, but
the law wasn’t ruled unconstititional because it is pro-abortion.

I agree the headline is a stretch. However they didnt say it was because of that, merely described the law as unconstitutional.

Yeah, it’s a biased title. It’s like saying a pro-life advocate won the lottery. the stand on abortion is completely irrelevant to the story.
But, to be fair to the source, it IS the organization’s reason for existence, and the law WAS pro-government financed abortion, so it does have some relevance to the organization reporting it.
