Shepherd Smith is saying that the ruling will have no effect because it was not accompanied by a restraining order, Judge Napolitano says that it could help get the bill expedited.

What it does is give the Republicans backing for suspending the bureaucracy that is being set up to run Obamacare and defund as many of the provisions as possible.

Doen’t need a restraining order - the USSC has ruled many times that an unconstitional law is null and void, and legally never existed.

They have a "hundred year plan", and they are executing it under our noses.

Must See:

Yes, but the law needs to get to the Supreme Court before it can be ruled null and void.

....Ozero will try to make it a “tax” instead of a mandate.....

no,the House will never bring it up as a tax.

They will bring up pieces that were uniformly liked. Then they will work on some of their own ideas rejected in the initial go round.

No, not really - it was ruled null and void today.

But, and IANAL, what does that mean, when a federal judge in MI said no problem, one in VA said the mandate had to go, and on in FL said it all had to go?

I think that you are correct - the USSC has to reconcile the differences.

In the interim, does the FEDGOV enforce the law, or stop?

I don’t know.

For the longest time,
we weren’t fighting this ideological war.

I know, I get bummed by that fact too. I know most of us here get it but there are some qho still insist on fighting by the Marquis of Queensbury rules while the enemy brings on the street fighters.

And, you always call the guy that doesn’t know he’s in a fight “the loser”

The enemy is the one to dictate the rules and you're right, if we don't realize it, we are sunk.

It is SOOO important that everyone watch the Agenda documentary (click my name, info on my page). Yes, they have a plan, have HAD a plan for a 100 years at least, and they're working it right out in the open.

I'm sure most FReepers have read the "communist goals for America" and have seen how many the left/democrats have achieved.
