With so many states battling massive budget problems it’s no surprise that some of them might start getting creative in new ways to raise cash. Hawaii is clearly blazing a new trail in this area by tapping in to one natural resource unique to the islands. No, it’s not sugar cane or lava rocks. A proposal has been brought up to sell copies of the president’s birth certificate for $100 a pop.

1.Procure a Website with a catchy name: (i.e. HiddenBirthPlace.com, BaracksDoctor.com, ObamaHospital.com, TranparencyfortheChildren.com)
2. Petition people to name their favorite children's charity
3. Ask people to make a "Conditional Donation" of $1 or more to the people's favorite charity . (Assuming it's a popular children's charity the contribution will even be tax deductible.)
4. Make it clear that their donation will be given to the children's charity upon the condition that Barack Hussein Obama signs the state of Hawaii document that will release his birth records that list the name of the doctor who delivered him and the hospital where he was born.
The website can make it clear that there has been a press blackout on the Obama birth hospital/delivering doctor controversy. Make it clear Obama's refusal to release his vital records means for the first time in our history we have a sitting President that has kept his hospital of birth and the name of the doctor who delivered him TOP SECRET!
Also make it clear that the document signature only costs Barack $12 in US currency!
If this website could go viral then the longer it would remain up the larger the reward for the benefitting Children's charity! If the website could get a million hits with a Drudge banner there is no telling how much money the charity could benefit.
Perhaps the Presstitutes in the Whitehouse Press Corpse would be shamed into asking Barack to release his birth records "for the children!"

By putting out this proposal internationally, isn't the governor legally ‘averring’ that a BC exists?
