Here’s an interesting Ground Report from Hawaii that contains an ingenious theory about Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie’s bizarre backtrack on releasing Obama’s birth certificate.
Remember, Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obama’s birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives…and he would then hold it aloft in the gentle Hawaiian breeze, high above his balding pate, for all the world to see, thereby producing the document Obama has spent millions to keep hidden.

A natural born citizen is born on U.S. soil, to two U.S. citizens.
THAT is precisely what the press and the Senate and the House and the Supreme Court and all the silly stupid Oprah talk show hosts are IGNORING.
And in their abject ignorance of the legal meaning of the term "natural born citizen," they are defaming the Birthers as racist ignoramuses.
But it is THEY who are dumbies, and who don't even know that they are dealing with a LEGAL TERM, not some vernacular chitchat.
IF Barak Obama is the father of BHO, then Barry is NOT a natural born citizen. Barak Obama, senior was Kenyan and a BRITISH subject.
IF BHO was not born on U.S. soil, then he is NOT a natural born citizen. McCain's parents were U.S. MILITARY, and he was born on a US foreign military base, which is considered to be U.S. SOIL, so he is eligible to be president.
IF Barack's true father was Malcolm X OR Frank Marshall Davis OR Jimi Hendrix OR any other American male citizen, and he was born in either Seattle or Hawaii, i.e., on American soil, then he is eligible to be president.

I was born with one last name in the 50’s. When my mother’s second husband (ie my father) adopted me in the 60’s my birth name changed.
Any COLB I get is with my adopted last name, not my birth name.
Not brillant, but very common.
If (and I have no proof) Soetoro adopted obie, obie could not go back and undo the adoption. He could petition the court to correct his BC (ie his birth name), but he could not change the name of his legal father, Lolo.
(I discussed early on how this might be one explanation for what he was hiding, especially after publishing ‘Dreams of My Father’ )

Don’t we know a date that the colb was amended? Does that date coincide with 0’s college entry? If so that would make perfect sense then because if he was going by Barry S, an indonesian, then wouldn’t he have qualified for free funds for university?
