The Washington Post is engaging in online political activism by encouraging its readers to boycott news coverage of Sarah Palin.
The Post has picked up the call initiated this morning by Post columnist Dana Milbank, adding a Twitter link on the column page. The link generates a message to be sent from a Twitter members page that reads, Im making February a Palin-free month. Will you join me?
The Post added the Twitter link to Milbanks column this afternoon, several hours after running and pulling a Washington Post online poll about boycotting Sarah Palin news coverage. The poll initially accompanied The Posts Milbank op-ed but was pulled within hours of publication at WashingtonPost.com.

How about an Obama free month?
I would just love that! Let's start with this coming Tuesday when he delivers his SOTUS. I'm dreading it. Mr. Professor bragging about his $1.4 Trillion deficits, the brilliantly corrupt passage of his outrageous Obamacare bill, his blessed continuation of President Bush's Tax Cuts, how happy we should be with his record breaking ObamaRama Unemployment of 9.4% and finally, how lucky we are to have him as Leader of the Free World as he kowtows to China's President Hu. Yes Dana, I think Obama is worthy of you boycotting him as well. Just saying.
That would be hilarious!
I don't even give it a week....this is Saturday, I give it until Monday, when the weekend is over!

Won’t work. They’re like crack addicts. Their hatred is so intense they simply cannot put down that pipe. She stands for everything they detest and so they must feed that hatred. She is symbolic of everything missing in their miserable worldview and existence and so she has to be brutalized and ultimately destroyed.
Now THAT would be the most wonderful present they could give us.
The WP will probably have daily articles throughout February reporting on how the boycott is going. (They cannot help themselves.)
Too funny. The MSM only writes negative crap about the Palin’s, so Spaceman Milbank is only promoting nobody read their negative crap.
As biased as the Post is, I can’t seen even its management endorsing something so obviously biased. The Post organization will be disassociating itself from this very soon. But it does clearly indicate the bias of much of the organization.
I was thinking along the same lines.
Oh, this is funny. This will last about two seconds. They live for Palin. They cannot help it. They will crack.
They realize that they are responsible for keeping Sarah Palin front and center, even if it is by negative press and they think maybe if they would stop reporting about her, the public will forget her.
But ... they CAN’T stop.
bursts out laughing, then says...
That's so dumb.
I’m dreading the speech, even though I won’t watch it. I’m dreading all the fawning accolades it will get.
But I am looking forward to Paul Ryan and Michele Bachman’s response.
Go to your birdcage, it's the speckled base at the bottom; or, go to your garage where your house mutt does his or her business and you'll see the ComPOST appropriately covered with your mutt's morning or evening deposits.

Leftists prefer to remain ignorant to anything that make shake their faith.
So far, the only news reports about Sarah Palin have come from the right wing. The left wing media have only engaged in agitprop from day one. Thanks Lakeshark.
I know some people feel bad about donating a small amount like $5 or $10 but heck, if that’s what you’ve got, that’s what you’ve got! I don’t know many that would turn their nose up at it :-) So I’ll propose that if you want to donate something between $5 and $20, when you either contact me or someone pings me that something under $20 was donated, I’ll throw in the extra up to $20. So if you donate $7.50 I’ll donate $12.50. I don’t have a lot since I already sent in an extra amount this time, but let’s cap it at $110. So get to getting please! *HUGE FReeper HUGS* to all that support this wonderful website, its founders and the patriots that visit here! 224 posted on 01/21/2011 3:13:19 PM PST by leapfrog0202 ("the American presidency is not supposed to be a journey of personal discovery" Sarah Palin)

The WaPo “engaging in political activism?” You surprise me.
wow! they fear Ma Palin worse than the Gipper....they never did this to the Gipper! The Gipper won only 49 States, this means Sarah may win all 57.
