Yes....but it also needs to be played on all - repeat ALL - of the MSM. With the respect and deference it deserves.

I like the way she politely calls the journalists and politicians who are whipping up this frenzy a bunch of dimwits.

Perfect response. Just perfect.
I like Sarah, but have not been wholly “in” for her as a Presidential candidate, taking the wait and see what develops mindset... but this speech was darn good. I am more and more in amazed at her ability to beat the media at their own game.
For that alone - GO SARAH!

I watched it. Very impressive speech. Whoever wrote that is bordering on genius.
As POTUS, Obama had to make a statement right after the incident happened. Sarah did exactly the right thing in waiting until more of the facts became apparent and some of the heated rhetoric had dissipated. Great job!!!
As long as she is not dumb enough to announce her candidacy they can do so without having to give time to others.
There is no reason for her to go off and do anything.
Funny how, not one of the others, Romney, Thume, etc etc got the nerve or reason to get up and say anything. Why?

I agree. By putting off making a statement until now, Palin goes up against the White House Teleprompter on location in Tucson today.

It’s so refreshing to hear a REAL leader!
I’m offically on board for her as President now. That was by far the most rational response to this tragedy yet. Put the blame where it belongs, on the shooter, and put the hate spreaders in their places. Very Presidential!! Obama should have take some lessons.
