I don't know if Sarah wrote the speech herself or someone else did. Either way it is an extremely well done piece of work.
Count the Umm... or Ahhh... or Uhh...'s, I didn't hear one. Don't know if there is a teleprompter involved or not. If there is she has mastered the use of it. Looking straight into the camera and the eyes of any viewer she makes her points and makes them well. This is the first speech of the 2012 election made by the next President of the United States and I'll be proud to support her.

Although her speeches are mostly collaborative efforts, Gov. Palin has two “occasional” speechwriters, Chriss Winston and Lindsay Hayes, but she mostly writes her own speeches with input from her advisors.
Winston was the first woman to serve as chief White House speechwriter. She’s Washington communications veteran of both the Reagan and first Bush administrations.
Hayes has been writing speeches for the guv since the 2008 campaign. Previously she was a speechwriter for the RNC and former Sen. Ted Stevens of Alaska.

Meanwhile the dems have prepared a campaign sign for Obama's speech today. Just when I think they can't sink any lower...they do so in spades.

I like Sarah, and will vote for her, but sometimes she does drone on and on.

Pelosi can’t help but to get her face out there; she thinks she still Speaker and will continue to act like she is.

I haven’t seen the video but a radio talk show host just played it and it is amazing. It was brilliant. Palin just took herself up a notch regarding who I may support at the caucus.
