Do you have ADD? Seven minutes is not long for an important speech. I think she encapsulated the entire situation in an appropriate time. I guess I didn’t bring my stopwatch, I was too busy listening to what she actually said.
But instead of turning it off, I kept listening. It was very good, she finished it well, you should have continued. She said what was needed to be said in a respectful manner, told off the media for what it had done while keeping above the fray, all the time expressing a positive vision for those who were mourning to aspire to another day.
I hope the networks and other media outlets have the decency to play most, if not all of it.
Good for her. It’s time Republicans respond to the slanders that are thrown at them. Speak the truth and let the American voter make up his own mind. I have faith in Americans!

Talk about living rent free inside his head. He will be stuck on stupid if he disagrees with a single word she said, and the timing couldn't have been better. The entire left will have their knickers in a wad today. One idiot caller to KLBJ already proved that. He was a Palin hater from the git go.
She was definitely speaking right to the people and it was from the heart! I noticed that too, there was no eye movement as if reading from a prompter. She may have had it up on a screen, but you could tell she wasn't "reading" it. My guess is she spent some time practicing that speech to deliver it perfectly, as she did.

In her address, of just under eight minutes, Gov. Palin refered to herself as an individual (I/me/my)9 times. She referred to herself as part of the collective (we/us/our) 39 times. If I have the stomach, I will try to count the number of times the President tries to make the whole thing about him. If Ms Pelosi speaks I will try to analyze her speech patterns for any sign of logical, coherent thought patterns.
They only played part of it - left out her prayers and feelings for the victims. They only plays about 30 seconds of an 8 minute clip. I hope Greta or BOR or Hannity will play the entire clip. All of the liberal media outlets who were complicit in this despicable smear should play this in prime time - but that would require them to be responsible Americans - which we know they are not.

Cut me a break. The entire speech was about 7 minutes and 47 seconds. She packed it with more points than most pols can make in a 20 or 30 minute one. In FACT, she made two speeches in that short time: one healing, inspiring one and a slapdown to the left. For that reason, it's hard to believe you really watched it.
The speech was great but the deliverance was perfect. I really thought Sarah should not say anything in response to the comments made about her but once again she shows us she can handle any situation. We have finally got the respect and honor for the victims of Saturday’s tragedy. After 4 days the only person to stand up and handle the situation with grace, compassionate, strength and resolve is our gal Sarah.
Hannity will probably play it in its entirety. I doubt if BOR will. Not sure about Greta.

She could be a Julliard grad because she certainly hit all the right notes.

Sarah is just too smart...she waited until the time was right and then gave this great speech.

Excellent, just excellent. It is just under 8 minutes long, but it is fluid and PACKED. It deserves wide airplay, which will hard to do given the stranglehold the left has on the MSM. I’d immediately share this with my liberal friends and family if I thought they’d watch it. Still, I’m hopeful I can find a way to finagle it into their view...
