Here is another one even more appropriate if you remember this scene:

Now, we’ve seen what mindless violence can do. A deranged young man kills six people and wounds a Congresswoman. Certainly in an atmosphere like this you don’t want to inflame already inflamed passions. That said, this dick-head of a sheriff(a man) needs a good old fashioned punch in the mouth and told to “Shut up. A-hole!’’.

He voted for Obama, according to him, because he had hoped there would accountability for the economic mess we are in.
I suspect if he could take that vote back he would.
It took a lot of cross over Republican vote to put Obama in office, considering that the Republican Candidate was McCain there really was no choices in the 2008 election.

“The Democrat Party is going down with Obama in 2012 and the fools within it are hastening it along!!!”
Not down here. They’ll re-elect every goober just like last time. Giffords was in office for life before. Now she’ll be canonized.

How does being a fellow county employee rate talking a lunatic son’s targets out of charging him?

Main objective is to oust all “Blue Dogs”. That will isolate the communists with no excuse. Once isolated they can easily be defeated.

I listeneđ to several interviews of new committee chairs and new congressmen on the downscale radio talk shows. It made me very pessimistic. Except for obamacare they assure us that they are not going to undo anything. They say they will make it all more efficient and will trim the deficit a huge 3 or 5 or 10%. They will trim waste here and rationalize there. In short they will be REPUBLICANS. They are conservatives and will work hard to conserve what the Left has managed to get enacted. Optimistically they will not make things worse except, by not CUTTING OFF the deficit, they are making the DEBT worse. Talking about the deficit is just a way to mask the fact that there is no intention to reduce the debt and thus to begin to get us out of this hole with collapse at the bottom. They intend to dig even further toward that collapse, just a little more slowly. I feel pretty betrayed also but it's not like I didn't expect it.

Perhaps this Sheriff needs to go to jail.

Cops cant be held liable for failing to act. Sadly...Even if he's deliberately covering up for a city/county employee like the murderer's parents?
Bummer.

Hey, we can all sue for anything we want. I think the sheriff is a shit, but I don’t think he’s responsible for one citizens actions any more than Rush is. I’m not defending him. Hindsight is 20/20. If everyone of his friends are coming forward now, why didn’t one of them pick up a damn phone. What happened to community and social responsibility. Here lies the problem..

I think the sheriff is a shit, but I dont think hes responsible for one citizens actions any more than Rush is.I take that back. If he, as part of his sworn duty to protect, knew there to be a problem and did nothing because of a personal relationship with a city/county employee then there is culpablility.
You had me going there for a second. I almost fell for it...
