The references to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City in 1995 echoed in other ways. That horror, which killed 168 people including many children, helped then-President Bill Clinton stigmatize extreme anti-government rhetoric and re-energize his presidency at a time when Newt Gingrich and conservative Republicans were riding high in Congress.
One veteran Democratic operative, who blames overheated rhetoric for the shooting, said President Barack Obama should carefully but forcefully do what his predecessor did.
"They need to deftly pin this on the tea partiers," said the Democrat. "Just like the Clinton White House deftly pinned the Oklahoma City bombing on the militia and anti-government people."

Media witch Mara Liasson put on a show like that on Washington Week the Friday of the Littleton (Columbine H.S.) shooting. The bodies were still cooling, but she lit up like a Christmas tree, glowing about how the liberals could use Columbine to pass all sorts of anti-gun owner legislation. She was completely sicko in her power-junkie preoccupation.
That was 1999, when Clinton was still in office.

Limbaugh will hang this on the democRATS. Tomorrow’s show will be a doozy. He’s going to put the fault for this mess squarely where it belongs, on Markos Moulitsas, the DUmp, Olberman, Mathews, Raechel Mad-dyke, Sergent Schultz, Howard Dean, Al Gore, et. al.

It is difficult to read that book and buy into the government’s position that McVeigh and his buddy acted alone.
They don’t like to let a good crisis go to waste.

I base my sense on the liberal demoncrats past history of never letting a crisis go to waste or manufacturing a crisis when they're in trouble, i.e. the bailouts, etc.
I'm confident that we will know more in the future because this isn't the 60’s or even the 90’s with JFK, etc. when the dems and their minions could cover up so much. We have the Internet now, and folks are just not going to back down on their ability to petition the government for redress of grievances. We're not going to be quiet or go away, because some liberal dem and especially the liberalest of all, Obama, tries to blame us for violence coming out of their camp. We will not be intimidated anymore. Too bad our leaders, like Boehner, can be intimidated. I agree shutting down Congress next week was unnecessary and looks mighty weak on his part. Let's write him and asked him why he caved. There's so much more to this than we know now.
I never “bought” that he acted alone nor that there was no middle east connection. Feel more strongly about that now.
I lived just outside of OKC from 1989-1996. Jayna Davis was local news there, then.
I heard Carol Howe discuss her work for the ATF and she was convincing to me. Reports came out that she was silenced, threatened with personal prosecution, if she spoke more than allowed about the subject.
Makes you skeptical about what has just happened. The current Lefties in power are “capable” of anything.
In this case in AZ, I do believe he is a real nutcase. The question is: Is he simply a useful idiot. Probably.

I was in Piedmont just outside OKC form 1989-1995 (not 1996).
Anyway, I decided long ago that he is probably one of only a handful of Democrats I would spend a minute talking or listening to. If he was the one coming up with this theory, or idea, I would be shocked. But hell, you never know.
